She has literally contact me every day over the last 6 months with updates. She's not afraid to chase people for answers and has worked on her days off and evenings to progress our sale. I have used high street estate agents before, and they don't compare in the slightest. Our transaction has not been the smoothest (not due to Hallways) but Jo not only made sure we got the house of our dreams, but also that we sold our current house for a decent price. I cannot thank her and her team enough and I will continue to recommend her to everyone and anyone that will listen! Jo - you are amazing, professional, caring, driven, an amazing negotiator and you have bent over backwards for us and we will never forget it. From the bottom of our hearts - thank you.

Lauren from reception just put the phone down on me, very unprofessional.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
