After 9 months dealing with your firm, 2 failed sales, a 3rd underway they may wish to understand my concerns and frustrations, particularly as I've had cause for numerous complaints during this time. I should have been able to give 4 - 5 stars, but the communication, performance and management of your Warminster branch has and continues to fall well below my expectations. Ref: JF_30BA12
19th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)If you’re looking for a professional, efficient and friendly team to help sell your property, I’d highly recommend W&W in Shaftesbury. Barnaby and Penny were excellent throughout. Their advice was clear and helpful, and they quickly found a suitable buyer for my flat at a price I was very happy with. There was never any pressure to rush a sale or sign up. They guided me through the whole process and explained everything clearly at each stage.
1st May 2026 (4 days ago)We found Charlotte and her team absolutely brilliant. Totally professional. We are moving to WIltshire from out of area and this adds to the already difficult process of viewing potential houses. However, Charlotte and Olivia went totally out of their way to help us, even coming in on a day off to enable a viewing. Charlotte never had her phone off!! Although we never purchased through Paxtons, I would absolutely not hesitate to either purchase or sell through them. Thank you all very much. Shane and Suzie.
30th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)After many unsuccessful months with another local agent we switched to Greenslade and immediately noticed their determination and efficiency in marketing the property which resulted in a sale after a short period of time.
8th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. I was contacted and told that someone had tried to reach me about my enquiry a week earlier, which is quite impressive considering I had only made the enquiry three days prior. I met Ralf, at the viewing and to be fair, he was the only positive part of the entire experience—friendly and professional. I submitted an offer on Saturday and then heard absolutely nothing. By Tuesday, I had to chase them myself, only to be told “someone should have got back to you.” Not exactly the level of service you’d expect when making such an important decision. I was then informed that a higher offer had been made, so I increased mine accordingly… and once again, silence. I’ve never actually been told that my offer was unsuccessful. I can only assume it wasn’t accepted because the property has now been marked as sold on Rightmove. Communication clearly isn’t a priority here. Overall, incredibly poor service, lack of transparency, and zero follow-through. I won’t be using them again, and I certainly wouldn’t trust them to handle the sale of a property either.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Sarah Cull and here team were amazing and we were so pleased with the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and after hours calls were never a problem. A special mention for Carola who carried out the viewings and was so respectful of our property. We had multiple offers in a difficult market and it took under 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange - the buyers were a perfect match for our much-loved home. An excellent experience all round.

27th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)Ben at Hambledon Estate Agents went above and beyond to help us sell our property. We hit a few obstacles along the way (just lots of bad luck) and Ben went out of his way to help, offer advice and do whatever he could to get us back on track and make sure things went smoothly. He’s always been kind, professional and friendly on the phone and in person. My Mother was unable to leave the property during viewings and he always looked after her welfare when anyone was in the property for viewings. Making sure she knew what was going on and that she was ok. If you are looking for a knowledgeable estate agent, who is also caring and professional then I can highly recommend Hambledon in Shaftesbury. More than happy with the service we received.

29th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)I worked with Paul Appleby and he handled the viewings etc all himself, I was concerned as i was relocating from Wiltshire back to Cornwall after a death in the family and was moving to Cornwall prior to the sale of my house in Wiltshire. This time was already stressful enough however Paul checked in on the house even after we had an offer and kept me informed along the way. This was more like dealing with a family member that I had known years than someone I had only met recently. The whole transaction has been smooth and I am due to complete next week, just over 9 weeks from offer.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
