6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

From the very first viewing, the team were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication was great throughout the process — they were always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated at every stage. Radnor Martin did everything they could to help the sale go through smoothly, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
6th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I am the mortgage broker for our buyer. I have found Richard to be very professional, friendly and just gets on with pushing the deal through. I have been a broker for 22 years and can honestly say that the speed in which Richard has turned this matter around has been impressive! I wish you a very successful 2023!

23rd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)We have had such a good experience with Phil from Anderson Briggs Barwell. We had 4 different estate agents come and value our property and we decided to proceed with Anderson Briggs and get on the market. Everything was so quick and efficient, the photographer came out and had the house on the market within 1 day. Communication was all through WhatsApp and was very speedy. We did have a situation where we had to take the house off the market and then speedily put it back on (through no fault of Anderson Briggs) but after requesting it to be put back on, it was up again within 2 hours - at 8pm at night! Although we never actually sold our property with Anderson Briggs (we had to pull out, again no fault of Anderson Briggs), we’ve had the best experience with Phil and Remi. When we need to use an estate agent again we will definitely be going back to these guys.
