19th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Great agent Phoebe and stuck with me till I found a place kept in touch and updated me with good news and the bad but absolutely brilliant threw out I would 100 percent recommend castle Brea sales and letting the staff their are unbelievable
2nd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)The process of selling our house was completely hassle free from start to finish. Sarah visited us pre sale & explained the proposed timeline of events & all the associated costs from Home report, selling, marketing & conveyance. We were advised how to present the property for marketing purposes & all appointments were as per the arrangements made. Our house sold very quickly in no small part down to the excellent promotional material produced by Sarah with the help of her large presence on Social media. In summary we were delighted with the service we received from Sarah at Property Connections & would recommend her services to others in a heartbeat.
19th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.
22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)?????????? Absolutely Outstanding Service from Start to Finish I cannot speak highly enough of the team at KnightBain. From the very first contact, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They guided us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. Their communication was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and no question ever felt too small. They clearly know the local market inside out and gave us fantastic advice that helped us achieve a great result in a short space of time. What really stood out was how personable and proactive the team were — they truly went above and beyond. You feel like you’re dealing with real people who genuinely want the best for you, not just ticking boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KnightBain to anyone buying or selling a property in West Lothian. A five-star service from a team who genuinely deliver on their promises.

5th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Our go to solicitors, Damon is always fantastic and his service very efficient and professional. We've been using them as our solicitors for 5 years and it's always been a really great experience, even though we live on the West Coast, we rarely have to travel to see them in person, highly recommend them, be aware you will need to do your id checks in person at their offices if you're not from their local area.
17th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)As formal complaint in that's all I will say

Hometown Estate Agents

11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Sinead and Hometown Estate Agents.
We dealt with quite a few estate agents while looking for a house, and Hometown stood out from the beginning. Sinead was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, incredibly helpful and always so quick to respond. Even on Saturdays, she would reply straight away, which we really appreciated.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She made the whole experience feel personal rather than just another property transaction, and that meant a lot to us.
On the day we got the keys, Sinead came to the house herself to hand them over and even brought us a lovely little gift. It was such a thoughtful touch and made an already special day feel even better.
Without a doubt, the best estate agent we dealt with during our house search. We would recommend Sinead and Hometown Estate Agents to anyone without hesitation, and if we ever decide to sell our home in the future, we already know who we’ll be calling.
Truly 5-star service from start to finish.
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We were hoping for a quick sale but to not compromise on the value of the property in doing so.
REMAX and Carol in particular did not let us down. Everything was explained clearly from the start. Great advice was given in preparing the house for the market. Then Carol took on the viewings too, so we could head out and relax knowing it was in safe hands.
The property sold at a very fair price both for us as the vendors and for the couple and small family who will take up residence soon.
It was important for us that the home got a continued love and investment. After all we’d been in there for almost 20 years!
A fantastic experience working with REMAX Linlithgow and highly recommend them for both buying and selling your property.
