30th May 2026 (15 days ago)After nearly two years on the market, with a lot of viewings but no serious interest, we placed our property with Sheldon Bosley Knight and had a buyer within a matter of weeks. The property has now sold and completed and we could not be happier.

29th May 2026 (16 days ago)Claire, Claire, Claire… what can we say? Claire Midgley was our rock throughout a very long and difficult conveyancing process. Working in the industry myself, I can certainly recognise a special agent when I see one and she certainly is a true credit to Dourish & Day. She listened to me rant (probably like a broken record at times) , offered advice and promised me she would chase and subsequently update me… and true to her word she was every single time!! To get the good news call from her personally today was the icing on the cake for me & my partner. Thank you so much Claire for all your help throughout, we appreciate you hugely ??????
11th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking service. Ringing multiple trying to get answers, so many times the phone cuts off without answering. Emailing countless times without any aknowledgment. Leaving a young female Tennant with mental health in need of resolutions for the flat & causing health deterioration due to no heating in property since when we had snow this year. WiFi being down for weeks. Draft through bedroom window. Paying rent for a service not provided. She even travelled from Dudley to the Smethwick office to seek answers, to which they still haven't resolved. Much better when landlord managed his own property. I don't know how they've won awards if this is the service they provide to the masses.

6th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)We have just completed the house sale of our mother’s house. This was a stressful time for us but everything ran smoothly with Andrew Downing Booth estate agents. They had been recommended by a neighbour and came top of our list after visits from other estate agents. The house sold in January within a week of going up for sale and we exceeded the asking price. Photography, videos and all the advertising were very impressive. Communication was very efficient and we had every confidence in each person we worked with. They even created a WhatsApp group for us as none of the family lived locally. In particular Karen Tew became our rock and guided us through the process. She was incredibly supportive and she proved a very useful link between us, solicitors and the buyers, cutting through bureaucracy to get quick answers. At our request Andrew recommended a solicitor who also proved exceptionally good. We have no hesitation to recommend this estate agent in Aldridge.
