Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.

17th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this agency.<br><br>I travelled all the way from London to view a property in Leek, at significant personal expense. Due to transport disruptions, I kept the agency updated throughout the day and, after a lot of pleading, they kindly agreed to a slightly later viewing, which I appreciated.<br><br>However, after viewing the property, I completed my application promptly. I then had to chase the agency multiple times for an update. Instead of keeping me informed, I eventually found out the property had already been let. This was extremely frustrating after the amount of time, effort and money I had invested.<br><br>I was then asked to provide my requirements for future properties, which I did immediately, but I received no further communication.<br><br>My biggest disappointment wasn’t losing the property it was the lack of communication. If applicants are expected to respond quickly, agencies should also keep applicants updated in a timely and professional manner.<br><br>I hope they improve their communication with future prospective tenants.

11th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Absolutely shocking service. Ringing multiple trying to get answers, so many times the phone cuts off without answering. Emailing countless times without any aknowledgment. Leaving a young female Tennant with mental health in need of resolutions for the flat & causing health deterioration due to no heating in property since when we had snow this year. WiFi being down for weeks. Draft through bedroom window. Paying rent for a service not provided. She even travelled from Dudley to the Smethwick office to seek answers, to which they still haven't resolved. Much better when landlord managed his own property. I don't know how they've won awards if this is the service they provide to the masses.

21st Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I cannot recommend ChocolateBox highly enough! Andrea and Ed provided an amazing service in successfully selling our thatched cottage. They researched thoroughly, gave great advice, understood exactly how to market our property, did all the viewings personally, and kept both the buyer and ourselves fully informed and updated throughout the process.
26th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)By far the worst experience with a letting agent throughout university. I spent my year following up maintenance issues because they do not give an answer over the phone or respond to emails half of the time, or say that they have booked contractors or ordered parts, which then turns out wasn’t done at all. Spent 4 months without a working dishwasher, 7 months without fridge freezer drawers and shelves or oven racks, couldn’t use the garden in summer because it was never cleared in over two months after requesting it, had a leak in an electrical area for over a month, etc. Then comes the end of tenancy, they try to charge us over £1000 in damages, including £400 cleaning fee with no reason behind it, fabricated costs for small damages, and damages which we had evidence that they had been aware of since 3 years earlier. Complete scammers, too lazy to do their job and want to trick young people who don’t know any better out of their money. Shame because the house was lovely.
