16th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)After a very bad experience with Connells and several wasted months we decided to go with Skitts Wednesbury and it was the best decision we made. Tanya and her team were fantastic and despite the house having already been on the market a while they sold it really quickly and at asking price. Sadly a few months later the sale fell through jeopardising not only our onward purchase but also a place for our son at our chosen secondary school. We were quite distraught but Tanya and Clare were so supportive and reassuring. They pulled out all the stops and within 24 hours of re-listing the house we had 18 viewings penciled in for the weekend. We had 3 offers in by Monday morning at asking price and above which meant we didn't loose our dream home. Clare became our rock through the completion process and took so much of our anxiety and worries away. We cant thank them enough. We're not planning on moving again any time soon but to anyone who is id whole heartedly recommend them.

I was able to arrange viewings within 2 days that suits my schedule. The lady that handled my case was professional and polite as well. All the questions that I raised where answered promptly. I high recommend skill to anyone local.

Lee came out to do the valuation, he was very knowleageable about the property and the area, he gave us excellent advice and we felt confident that Priory could get us the sale. They also did the viewings for us which we appreciated.<br>We soon got a buyer then we dealt with Rachel, she negotiated a excellent price for the property, she was very efficient during the sale and always available to answer any queries and advise us. She took all the stress from us. Tania was always very helpful when I phoned the office. Excellent Team highly reccomend them.

Buying your first home can feel daunting, but Stephen was always at the end of the phone/email for any queries or concerns. He arranged for viewings around my working hours and was very patient and flexible with these. Thanks Stephen!

6th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Well where can I start, bought a house through those cowboys situated in Acocks green, not professional at all, you ring they never answer the phone, when they want something from you they hunt you down, they lie about everything the property as much as they can, then when you go back to discuss an issue with them they see you coming and quickly rush outside of the office to discuss the situation on the street, not inside the building, also the sales agents dont stay to long before moving branches, so they pass the ball to someone else, the list goes on and on ,stay away from them dont do business with those Cowboys.... let down

12th Oct 2023 (3 years ago)The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.

Richard who came to do the valuation was on time, very personable, had a good knowledge of the area, and valued the property correctly. I have been kept fully up to date by email, message and phone calls at every stage from day one. I would highly recommend this estate agent. Excellent from start to finish.
