1st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We would recommend Percival's to anyone needing property management or to sell a property. Georgina and team manage 2 properties for us and we recently decided to sell one of them following the end of one of the tenancies. Georgina was extremely helpful in guiding us on how best to prepare for the sale and then actively managed all aspects of the process leading to a successful sale at the price we sought to first time buyers. While the property was empty and prior to the sale the hot water tank burst which was only apparent when the water company alerted us to unusual water consumption. Not living locally Georgina offered to drop by and investigate on our behalf to find that not only had the tank burst but the water was in danger of causing a fire with the electrics. The team drained the system and made safe before arranging for repairs to the plumbing and the electrics to be safety checked. We are hugely appreciative of all the service we receive from the Percival's team who constantly go above and beyond and would recommend them to anyone seeking a property agent in the area.
19th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily. I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :) To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".

23rd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)They were good in all fairness. I ended up part exchanging my house for a new one so never actually sold. The staff there were very helpful and friendly however.

9th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I contacted Saffron Naylor in the Maintenance Dept to request that a contractor be appointed to paint the window frames of my property. She engaged the contractor & supplied me with a quote which I accepted. She agreed to hold back rent money, plus I sent the difference by bank transfer to cover the full costs of the job. The work was carried out on Monday & I am pleased with how it looks & how Saffron has managed this. She is efficient, thoughtful & helpful and an asset to your business. 21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)From the moment I met laura we got the vibe for how lovely she was! We just gelled really from her first house viewing we did altogether.. she was kind and attentive to our needs and thought we would suit the house which is still our top runner to the present day! We are hoping we will deal with Laura more during our house move as we know we will be well looked after!<br><br>I just wanted to mention too that Laura and Dawn come to do our evaluation on our property and were very kind , attentive especially with me as a mum of a 2.5 year old that was very tired and worn out on our first day of potty training … something I won’t forget it how they really cared about me and my little boy during the whole time they were here and really apologetic about taking up my time. I felt really quite embarrassed at how the evaluation went as my son is going through a really tough time emotionally right now and they were really nice to me and made me feel at ease.<br><br>We will recommend Martin and co to our friends and family especially where Laura and Dawn are involved because there effects are seamless and patience really shines through.<br><br>Many Thanks,<br><br>Jasmine , Dean and Noah
31st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Put my bungalow up for sale with Youe Move in May.Ryan did the appraisal and I found him courteous and knowledgeable.I feel he pitched the price just right.Second set of feet though the door bought it.All throughout Andrea kept me appraised of what was happening and what would be happening.Can’t praise these two enough.Great selling experience.Would highly recommend!

21st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham- 29th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dealt with Lovelle a fair amount over the years and it’s always been good service. However recently I’m not sure if there has been changes but the dynamic seems to be even better with the team and you can tell they all really get on. I’d like to especially give props to Karen and Mason as there has never been a point where their energy fails to prevail through the phone and no request is ever too much. I think Mason might be new and he seems a great chirpy chap. I will always recommend Lovelle to my family and friends and will continue to use them for any future needs.

We had a very tight schedule, lots of bumps in the road, but Amber and Stu kept their cool, and showed nothing but professionalism throughout. Would 100% recommend. A big thank you from us.
