30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)This is the first estate agent I have ever rented with that I would actively and enthusiastically recommend to other people. At every stage the team have been both professional and personable. Over the 3 years I rented my flat, I found myself pleasantly surprised many a time by handling situations with care for myself and my partner as well as their responsibilities in managing the flat on behalf of our late landlord.
I feel like it shouldn't be so rare to find such a genuinely excellent all-round agency like this. Regardless, I can promise you this unicorn is real!

27th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Very happy with the service of Andy, Sophie and the SBK team. We felt that Andy was the only estate agent we had over that really got our house. Sophie was lovely and really took time to look over our home with us before conducting the viewings. I’d also viewed a couple of properties with Sophie and was impressed with her so was very happy when she was assigned to our house. The app was really handy to keep on top of the viewings and the feedback received from potential buyers who were contacted by Sophie promptly after the viewings. We got something like 10 offers out of 11 viewings and achieved a sale price quite significantly over asking price with their assistance. Their rate was also very reasonable. They were always easy to contact and also gave us some valuable advice in our search for our onward purchase. Highly recommend and we’d definitely use them again.
18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Pretty poor experience with this agency. I was a first time buyer, found a property & had everything sorted ect. Paid what ive now found out was an extortionate fee to obtain my mortgage compared to other brokers who were half & even 1/4 of the price. Now I will say Naz was absolutely brilliant, not the easiest to get hold of but brilliant at what he does. In terms of being kept up to date with the sale, communication was incredibly poor, with me having to keep emailing & calling. The seller messed me around for over 6 months to the point my mortgage expired & I lost the will to live. I started looking for another house, ( with connells in stratford) viewed it & within a week was told i was successful. 24 hours later I had the buyers agreement signed & done & should be the house within 8 weeks. Sellers who arent organised,waste people's time, have no intention of moving ect should be heavily fined or blacklisted. The seller could have done what alot of people do & rent privately to allow the sale to proceed but this woman has been nothing but a pain In everyone's backside. Thankfully im now buying a beautiful home thats much bigger, doesnt need any work ect & the staff at stratford are on it - making this happen. The lack of communication from this branch has left a source taste, & are not somewhere i would recommend, pleasant & lovely ladies but communication is definitely lacking.luckily I will now have my first & final home. Another big thankyou to Naz though ??
13th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)This estate agents is just a ‘cut above’. In particular we want to highlight Anthony as being nothing short of brilliant! We are currently in rented and I know he’s doing all he can to find us our new home. I’m on Rightmove several times a day, contacting all the estate agents and Anthony is the ONLY one that is regularly staying in touch, offering suggestions and in his own words - offering a wild card….he should be on ‘location, location, location’! We really hope Anthony finds our next home as we’d prefer to buy from him all day long!

Also thanks to both Jack and James covering some of the viewings as well, all of which were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of these. Many thanks to Michelle who helped get the sale sorted through to completion. Again kept me well up to date, professional and helpful. Great team at Bayzos, they came well recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others!

3rd Nov 2026 (3 days ago)We were very pleased with the service we received. They found us buyers quickly and negotiated a really good price for our home, which was a great start.
Communication became more limited once the solicitors became involved, but they did a lot of chasing behind the scenes and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly when it came to getting us to exchange. Their persistence and efforts at that stage were very much appreciated.
Overall, we were happy with the service and would recommend them.

As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. We were kept in close contact with Fran who was extremely responsive, proactive and always on the ball, keeping us updated every step of the way. We genuinely felt like we were in safe hands throughout the entire process!

Despite not being my agent, they lead me through the process and kept me informed throughout. They were professional, friendly and without doubt, if they’d not been involved, I don’t think we’d have come out the other side!
