20th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)False promises, complete disregard to health and safety. Put me and my family through hell for 6 months. No communication, no help, no support. Just take your money. Rented us a property with sockets hanging off the wall, incorrect electrical tests. Hazards and mess all around the house and garden. Cost hundreds to put right out of our own pockets to move in and plenty off stress and annoyance during our tenancy. No help during tenancy. Multiple better estate agents around.

She managed the whole process through to exchange and completion, which ultimately happened on the same day.<br><br>It was a hugely stressful process, with some unexpected external challenges along the way, but Emily remained professional, calm and diplomatic at all times. Her communication was excellent, and she and her colleagues handled everything incredibly well.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more support. Thank you so much, Emily, for everything you did to get us over the line! ??

13th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Wouldn’t bother. I recently enquired into a flat and asked about viewing dates, only to be told the flat had already been let. I would understand, most places are bound to be taken quick. The issue I have with their response is the advertisement is still up and active on multiple letting sites, including their own.<br><br>EDIT: I was told 9am on the 11th August that the property was no longer available, I emailed back the same day informing you it was still listed as available on your own site. It is now past 10pm on the 13th August and it is still live.

Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.
