5th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!

11th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I would have gave this place a 0 star!! I approached the rental department to find me tenants for my property. I trusted this company as this is what they are professionals in. This agent miserably failed to do the proper checks on the tenants. The tenants they approved stopped paying the rent after 2 months of moving in.The tenants this company approved have NO respect for my property. Ive had to take the tenants to court for possession of property, which has cost me thousands. I’ve had sleepless nights, anxiety and bought on a lot of stress. DO NOT use this agents!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Charlie is well-supported by his excellent and very professional team. They secured an excellent outcome in a timely fashion for us and supported the process seamlessly through to exchange of contracts within weeks - keeping us regularly appraised along the way. All-in-all first class service and support.

Zoey ensured that all Attorneys were kept informed, and achieved a sale at a value higher than anticipated. Zoey also made sure that all the prospective purchasers were treated equally and fairly. I have a wide experience of dealing with Estate agents, and I would rate the service received from R A Bennett as one of the best. Thank you to Zoey and her team.

Starting from the marketing team, Paul , an absolute gentleman I might add, gave his time to show us around multiple properties that fitted our description and didn’t give up until he found the right one for us and in addition helped us finding the right mortgage broker and lawyers without any hassle as well as another agent, Lydia , who managed to communicate with the sellers of the property and as a result chased up the property so matters could be exchanged swiftly Again, what a brilliant team this guys were ,would definitely recommend to any one knew in the estate business !!!
2nd May 2024 (16 days ago)Throughout my lifetime, I've never encountered individuals as unprofessional and deceitful as those associated with this company, particularly an agent named Luke. Initially, they assured me that my wage was sufficient for the desired apartment, but after I provided the deposit, they began avoiding my calls, imposing unexpected requirements, and threatening to withhold my deposit despite providing inaccurate information. This ordeal left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point of tears. Luke's actions were not only misleading and dishonest but also malicious. The entire experience has engendered a profound sense of disappointment and resentment towards both him and the company.

I felt well-guided and informed every step of the way. They were efficient, professional, and always available to answer questions. They made the home-buying experience smooth and stress-free going above and beyond to find the perfect home. Their honesty and transparency were refreshing. Communication is key and promptly returned calls, and ensured a seamless process. A pleasure to work with.

27th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I used Bayzos to sell my late mother’s bungalow, I was feeling a little apprehensive about how to go about selling the property and didn’t have much confidence after having visits from other estate agents. Our daughter suggested trying Bayzos as she’d seen their boards outside lots of properties in our local area. I made an appointment and Gary came to meet us at the property. I instantly felt comfortable with him and he filled me with confidence about the sale, telling us what to expect, how much it would cost etc, from then on everything was plain sailing. We were kept updated each week with how the property was performing and had feedback on all the viewings they had. As soon as we had an offer and accepted it we had weekly calls advising us of the progress. Everyone I had dealings with at Bayzos was both friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again, I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of selling your property.

Everything was handled in a really friendly and professional way and the most important thing for me was that Emma was contactable outside of normal hours. If you look on Rightmove you'll always see that the best photos are Edwards and Gray properties. Definitely recommend

Despite dealing with multiple estate agents and attending numerous viewings, we encountered challenges in finding a place that would accommodate myself and my two brothers. Prior to the viewing, Nick proactively communicated with the landlord to ensure they were amenable to our circumstances. Following the viewing, Nick efficiently facilitated all necessary processes to meet a stringent deadline we were working against. I am immensely grateful to Nick and the team for their invaluable assistance.

25th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)We brought our house through Black and Golds. We mainly dealt with Suzi, considering she wasn’t actually our direct estate agent she couldn’t be more helpful. Communication was brilliant and detailed throughout. It was quite a long and complicated chain which was, at times, hard work. The help from Black and Golds made this process much easier. It was a pleasure to deal with them. We didn’t sell with them but the experience of buying with them would make me consider using them in the future.
