25th Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Emmie-Jai and all of Scriven & Co have been wonderful - 24 hours from seeing the property online, we’ve viewed the property, and put down our holding deposit! Emmie has been incredibly supportive and kept in touch with us throughout the process. I can’t recommend her and Scriven & Co enough!!!
1st Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Was asked to provide review after the first meeting with CEO, initial thoughts were well organised and superb communication. 3 months down the line, we were told completion should be happening now, this has been pushed back to another 3 months. Had to chase on numerous occasions to find out what is going on. Feel really let down by this company after our first initial appointment. Had the estate agent advertised property was not going to be available until the summer, we wouldn't have continued.

Was lovely to meet the team, was lovely to turn up yo sandwichws and beverages and lovely venue. Thank you Concentric Team

5th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)The team at Connells Worcester were amazing throughout the whole process, helping us buy our first house! It was a (very) long process but Connells kept us up to date, chased sellers, solicitors, helped with mortgages and basically kept us sane throughout the whole thing. Sam was brilliant and really put in the effort to get the deal through, along with Amy and the rest of the team, I think we spoke to the whole team by the end! If anyone is looking to buy/sell/rent in Worcester I would recommend Connells and also will be sure to use them again if needed.

What can I say he was very knowledgeable he explained everything to me from start to finish. Sukie sorted my company mortgage out just like saying not to worry all will be done which he did not disappoint very impressed. If anyone is looking for new/ remortgage I will suggest go to Sukie he will sort it out. Sukie thank you so much and will see you soon with my other project's. Top man

9th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I was a buyer of a property Allan Morris Malvern were selling, and found them to be very helpful, honest and good with communicating. They always got back to me with queries. Kate and Lee were particularly helpful more so than my agent, not be local to the area their honest imput was useful. Kate and Lee were very friendly and approachable and went out of their way with things like collecting the keys when I had a vey nervous cat in the car.- 7th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We just got our key today and finally moving in! I am very happy with the house we got to rent. The house is beautiful and spacious and we are very excited to move in. I would like to say thank you to Gina who always answer our call and assisted us since the beginning. They gave us a little gift as well that makes things more special. We are truly grateful for Connells for helping us to find our home.

From the very beginning, she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and consistently helped me find properties that matched my needs. Kashni was always responsive, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. Her efficiency and attention to detail made everything move smoothly and with much less stress. She handled every step with care and made sure I felt confident and informed in every decision. I truly appreciate her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
17th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had and I would strongly advise people not to stay here. I had made a booking in booking.com for 2 nights. When we arrived, the property was clearly not properly prepared for guests. There was no hand soap anywhere and not a single hand towel or towel provided on arrival, which is basic hygiene that every accommodation should supply. Upstairs in the storage room there were dirty towels and bed sheets left lying around, which immediately showed the property had not been properly cleaned. Even worse, we found three sex toys left in a drawer, which was completely unacceptable and extremely inappropriate. The toilet seat didn’t even fit the toilet properly, which just added to how poorly maintained the place was. I contacted Emma through the app messages and she said she had contacted the cleaning team, but there was no response. I waited over an hour to give them the benefit of the doubt, but nothing was resolved and no one helped. In the end, we had to leave the property around 10pm with nowhere to go and find alternative accommodation last minute. This caused unnecessary stress and disruption because the property was simply not in a condition to host guests. Overall this place was unhygienic, poorly managed, and clearly not checked before guests arrived. Basic cleanliness and standards were completely lacking.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The marketing process was quick and straightforward, generating plenty of suitable interest. The tenancy agreement and overall set-up were handled smoothly and stress-free. Selena has always been readily available to work alongside us and the tenants whenever maintenance has been required, ensuring everything is dealt with efficiently. Communication with the team has been outstanding, which has made our partnership both easy and successful. We would highly recommend Thomas & Thomas to anyone looking for estate agent services in the Gloucestershire area.

27th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

2nd Mar 2026 (19 days ago)Would recommend WR Estate Agents to anyone. Scott & Jenny have been fantastic from start to finish with helping with our house sale. Hearing friends experiences with other Estate agents, we were expecting the same but from the first conversation we had with Scott we couldn't fault! WR has such hands on approach and you can really tell they love what they do. The minute a viewing has taken place they will update you to say that they've left the property & how they think it went. You will then get a proper update once the people viewing your house have given WR formal feedback. Every step is communicated & you are never left in the dark. You message on a Sunday evening, you'll get a response. Moving house is a stress for anyone but Scott & Jenny took away any potential stress involving Estate agents & im so happy my husband & I chose WR. Biggest thank you once again & we will continue to recommend WR to anyone we know looking to move??
