What can be a nerve racking time i was totally put at ease by his professionalism and knowledge. Hecwent through everything in great detail making sure I got the right mortgage for me and that I totally understood each product. I couldn't recommend him enough ! Thank you Sukie for a great support and customer experience.

16th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Awful money grabbers Do not use these people to rent They will try and keep your deposit for no good reason. I left the house in a perfectly good condition (confirmed by the landlord) The review they left of the house was awful made out I’d left it in a tip. Also want to charge me a days rent for handing the keys back early when my tenancy ended on Easter Sunday so there was no way I could give the keys back. Even after I gave 6 weeks notice instead of 4. They were closed on the Sunday as it was a bank holiday and subsequently would have been closed on the Monday too. Awful awful people avoid at all costs!!!!!

The professionalism shown, particularly by Victoria Nugent, was exceptional. Also, the calm, friendly advice I received from Vicki Taylor did much to ease the the process and relieve the stress. Vicki kept us well informed and made sure that our wishes were well communicated. For that my wife and I are extremely grateful. Indeed, whenever I called or paid a visit I was struck the friendliness and efficiency of the whole team. Impressive.

She always answers any emails promptly and her kindness and competence shines through. She has a great relationship with our landlord and makes communication so simple. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They sold my house within a few weeks , keeping me informed with feedback after viewings their communication was brilliant , answering any questions I had after the sale was agreed right through to the end . Thank you Emdot , what a great team ??????
24th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I’ve had a really positive experience with Belvoir! Gloucester, and in particular Georgia Stevens has been fantastic throughout. From the initial viewing right through to moving in, she handled everything professionally and efficiently. Communication was always clear and timely, which made the whole process much less stressful. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with quickly, and Georgia was consistently friendly, approachable, and helpful.Overall, I’ve found the service to be reliable and well-organised, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Belvoir! Gloucester , especially Georgia Stevens.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
