My father's property has been on the market for a year and Jane s assistance and positivity has been crucial for the sale which took over 6 months. She went the extra mile looking at electricity readings for me! Her regular welcome feedback, constant dialogue between buyer and seller was crucial, as at times I thought I would lose the sale. Jane Thank you - you and your team are a real credit to the company.

Right from the property search, they took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and guided us every step of the way. They didn’t just show us homes; they went above and beyond by helping us connect with trusted solicitors and mortgage advisers, which made the entire journey feel seamless and well-supported. What really stood out was their communication. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire process with regular updates, which gave us great peace of mind. It’s not easy buying a home in a new country, but Rachel and Andrea made us feel completely at ease. They were incredibly patient, answering all our questions (and we had many!), and never once made us feel like a burden. 24th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very pleasant freindly visit when pictures were taken giving helpfull tips and exchanged knowlege for services needed. We than ran into difficulty when buyer pulled out this was all chased up by Kaitlan who is a really credit to the company. With her help we secured another buyer in days, she also kept me informed all the way through even messaging in her own time to update and pass on questions. I would use again and recomend others use selectiv. As i say cant thank kaitlan enough for her effort and work ethic a real credit A1 service.

29th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Claire and Hannah are absolutely fantastic. It took me a year to sell my apartment due to the long conveyancing process of selling leasehold apartments and a first buyer pulled out very close to the end of the process. But Claire and the team found two buyers in very quick succession and had the property taken off the market. They are very quick and attentive to the admin requirements when dealing with a property sale and also good at keeping you in the loop with chasing solicitors through the sale process. I have deal with a few estate agents over the last year but Claire and her team are by far the best.

I tried many times to communicate with them regarding renting a flat, but because my English isn't perfect, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. I hope they improve their customer service and learn to be more inclusive

31st May 2026 (15 days ago)I have to say I haven’t felt so comfortable buying a house knowing that we had someone like Ashleigh running the show. Everything was under control, from viewing our new property, then having the expert knowledge to know the target audience for our old house. Communication was 5 star, daily updates via the phone & WhatsApp groups. She had her foot on the pedal at all times when it came to dealing with solicitors, getting the house sale and purchase pushed through within 3 months. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
