7th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Snowgate were brilliant from start to finish, unfortunately we were selling the house remotely , and therefore it was difficult to get those last few things which needed to be organised sorted. Snowgate helped arrange plumbers to disconnect washing machines\dishwasher, carpet cleaners, helped out with the British Gas and a boiler service. They also carried out all viewings and were very quick to keep us informed when we received offers, giving guidance on market conditions and the ability of the purchasers to proceed. Whilst we have not recently bought or sold a house ourselves a number of our friends have and all you hear are nightmare stories about estate agents. Not in this case Snowgate were brilliant and we would have no hesitation in recommending them
20th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Took longer to get to market then I expected but that was not Beercocks fault at all ! ( government legislation ). Through each and every stage ( so far ! ) they have been excellent from preperation, photography and video ,valuation and negotiation. spot on. Even down to helping buyers with thier government requirements to help the sale.Here's hopeing everything goes smoothly and a big thank you to Jake , Lucy and all the team.

The communication was awful, even after asking for someone to contact me to discuss matters my requests were ignored. When I decided to leave, no one bothered to ask me why. Strange behaviour for a high street agency.

28th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.

Amber was very proactive in ensuring the sale progressed smoothly. She maintained regular contact with the buyers and both sets of Solicitors and kept us up to date with progress. We have no hesitation in recommending Paisley Properties, Mapplewell.

They were incredibly helpful, constantly kept us up to date with proceedings, and they made what is a very stressful proceedure much easier to cope with. We are so glad we chose Open House and would highly recommend them.
