Bairstow Eves are deplorable. Terrible service. Don’t call back. Leave a sales board on your property for over a year when notified several times that the owner has died and have still not removed the board.
They use your home for free advertising for which they are not prepared to pay for it.
David Dukelow, Area Manager after being contacted again on 4 Sept 24 has still not removed the sale board.
Formal complaint being lodged with claim for free advertising. This is totally unacceptable. Owner died 3 July 2023 and they will not remove their board.
Unprofessional business. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I feel very good with Baristow eves and the staff are very friendly talking . I had a conversation with Hassan regarding the property which was taken he given me very good property which very beautiful . We had Umar who is also very good he gave us the viewing of the property cool Company and they also given me a gift from them . Thank you Baristow .

Poor communication, was told i had a viewing and at the time of reaching the place noone was present, I called the agency and they told me they made a mistake and it was actually a day after what they had told me. Then they had the audacity to tell me I'd have to wait an hour for someone to give me a viewing today.

If you are seriously interested in buying a property look elsewhere . They don’t respond to voice messages and never call back when they say they will. Awful service, not sure what has changed, but last year they were customer focused, this year it’s non existent .

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Bairstow Eves. Adam, Samantha and Fahim were all very helpful in the sale process and Anne Peck was of equal excellence when she assisted with the rental side of my property. I would definitely recommend anyone in the Barking area to use their rental and sale services!

Jeremy and his team were proactive in the beginning and would update me regarding interest in my flat. Having found a buyer, I was advised to contact a conveyancer. I paid my management company £300 to provide a sales pack. My lawyer heard nothing from Jeremy's team. I reached out and was ignored on 3 occasions. I emailed Jeremy with my concerns and he ignored me. I finally got on the phone to him and he apologised but did seem to have little interest in selling my flat.
For those of you who need an energetic team to sell your property, perhaps you should look elsewhere.
