Let my property through Robinson and Jackson. I will never go near this company again. Absolutely hopeless. There letting team just chop and change what they say you can and can’t do in terms of trying to evict the tenant they all just seem very inexperienced. One things there good at is just taking your money. No body ever answers the phone, and they just seem to fob all your questions of log to other departments. I could go on forever writing about how bad they but I can’t be bothered to waste anymore of my time .... Read more

Alex provided detailed explanations of all the different types of services and even given us the choice to source our own insurance/other services and stressed that it was not compulsory to sign up to everything in the pack.
