If you are looking to sell (or buy!) a house in Bebington you need to secure the services of Whitegates Bebington. They are superb. Ann and Rona work relentlessly to find you a buyer (in our case the same day) and continue to support you throughout the process. Just give them your house and watch them go to work. Magnificent!

We engaged Whitegates after a 3 month dormant spell with another local agent. They were honest with us with regards to being over priced and suggested a reduction in price.
Within days of advertising we were getting viewers, all escorted by Whitegates.
We were given feedback and advice by knowledgable staff and accepted an acceptable offer.
Communication is very important in any business and Whitegates communication skills were second to none.
Brilliant job very well done, thank you ladies, you made a very stressful time pass as easy as it could do.

As a Landlord as I have used the services of Whitegates on many occasions. I have always found them to be professional and thorough when vetting tenants. I feel that they look after my best interests and they have always been at hand when I have needed guidance and advice about matters. It's so nice to work with people I can trust.

We have been very impressed by this agent. They know the area and provide realistic valuations based on long experience of achieving sales. Letting Agents (as Landlord)
I used Whitegates in Bebington to place two tenants in my property.
They committed to :
Financially vetting tenants
Itinerary of property items
Property check in between tenants
Deposit holding scheme
They provided:
The initial tenants where "friends" of the Agents.
Both tenants were not vetted (the first came and left substantial debt in the property)
The property was not evaluated between tenants which left the second set of tenants (the ones not her personal friends) with the issues/debts of the first.
The deposit was withheld from myself as a landlord to repair the damage of the tenants
I would not use this service again as they were not professional or reliable.
Services provided in 2010/11.
