I'm dealing with these at the moment as I'm wanting to purchase a property through them. They're absolute drongos, especially the two girls that work there. I find them very condescending and just generally difficult to communicate with. Your Move are cheap for a reason. If your wanting to sell your property through them I'd advise you to pay that little bit more and actually get a contract with an estate agent that actually cares and doesn't have half wits working for them. If your unfortunate enough to be buying or potentially buying a property through them then I feel for you.
As a chair of a PTA at a local school, we have been working closely with Lauristons over the last year as a sponsor. I can't recommend them highly enough. They have been supportive, proactive and always available by phone or email which is really important when running school events. Thank you Lauristons for all your help!
It had to be the longest 'straight forward' house move in history over 32 weeks. We really thought we were going to lose our minds but Gina Toms from Mutley Plain branch was exceptional. She worked very hard to get the sale completed and not for us to lose it. She was patient and very pro-active in moving the sale forward, on both sides (purchase and sale) I would most definitely recommend Gina as a contact at this branch. Thank you so much.
Your Move Walthamstow unlawfully entered our property when it came to moving out of a flat which they were marketing. They never asked permission for this (in fact, there was no contact from them at all, they just let themselves in when we were out, which made us feel very vulnerable). Took photos of it without permission. I phoned and was assured management would get back to me (they never did). Imagine my surprise when they used the photos again a year later to re-market the property!
