Absolutely amazing service from all at your move especially Sophie, absolutely incredible lady as for my solicitor lack of communication caused things to be dragged out. Lee went above and beyond for me under the circumstances of my sale,Chris,Gillian and Steph also played a massive part in my frustrations and queries. Attik are amazing. They didn't disappear once they found us a buyer for our flat, they actively engaged to ensure smooth completion, kept us informed of the process, found as a great solicitor and were friendly and informed throughout. Will definitely use them for all future real estate needs!

Would highly recommend Your move. From start to finish Rachal was there to answer questions and advise me with the buyers requests putting me at ease. not that I plan moving again but if I do I will defiantly be using Your Move

I worked with Your Move in Leven to support me with the letting of a property and then eventually with the sale of it. In both areas the service and support I received, I could not fault.<br>The team at Your Move are so knowledgeable and helpful and are always on hand for questions, advice and support. I felt really comfortable asking questions and felt that anything I raised was heard and reacted to.<br>I really couldn't recommend them enough.

Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold.
Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert.
But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude.
Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings.
Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine.
Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team.
The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult.
We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
