The pictures of our property were amazing and really showed off its features well and we managed to sell in just over two weeks. Richard did the viewings on our property which made things a lot easier for us.The service we received from Both Richard and Kurtis was very profession and really friendly, always made me feel at ease and kept me updated on the progress of the sale. Also would like to mention Martyn Welch their financial advisor, he explained everything to us in great depth and was very professional and went out of his way to help us with anything. The staff at the Paddock Wood branch are welcoming and friendly and can’t do enough for you. The problems begin after you have signed the rental agreement and moved in when your ‘account’ gets moved to a nameless person in Southampton who are only interested in making Lainey from you, act as a third party in winging emails between yourself and the landlord and do not support the tenant. we are currently at arbitration with mydepoaot scheme and the Southampton branch cannot get documented evidence right stating that they don’t have it or I never completed it. Luckily the Paddock wood branch very kindly gave me photocopies if said non existable information. I originally leased with your move as I believed it would all be kept local, sadly this was not the case. My rights were not supported when anything went wrong with the house and it didn’t help that the landlord was not willing to repair or replace anything. I ended buying my own washing machine when theirs broke. I am hoping if my account had been kept local o would not have experienced such a stressful year in my life and moved out as I was not receiving value for the £1425.00 I was paying a month. 4 months after moving out I still have not received my deposit back and am arguing about the £600 they wish to deduct from it!! Therefore I would suggest if you are renting avoid st all costs simply because your account gets shipped to Southampton and becomes a nightmare.

Jane, the cheerful manager of the Paddock Wood branch, was very helpful and efficient. There were a few obstacles thrown at her along the way and she dealt with them very diplomatically, helping to ensure our house was sold. The rest of her team were also very good.
