Zak was brilliant from start to finish. He was approachable, professional, and always took the time to explain things clearly. I am in the process of signing a contract for a property that is being rented through Brown & Merry Estate Agents.
We have had a very positive experience due to the excellent help we received from Alexandra Read (Alex) Senior Lettings Manager. I initially contacted Brown & Merry with a request to look at a property that was listed that day. Unfortunately, it was already allocated to someone else.
I was disappointed as the property looked perfect.
Alex was really reassuring and said she would look out for similar properties for me.
Alex promised to get back to me quickly, which she did. Offering 2 excellent properties to look at which totally fitted my description of what I wanted.
Alex was very helpful at the visit to the property I have chosen and used her expertise to match me with this incredible property. I found Alex to be sincere, interested and she invested extra effort by keeping us up to date with all the steps needed to apply for the tenancy.
This has been so refreshing as we have had 2 properties that were listed with online Estate agent services. This service was not personal & the help was not there. 2 Properties were not made available due to the online distant process of application, which I chose to opt out of.
My situation was complicated due to needing to find a rental within a short period of time, which has all worked out due to the right guidance and opportunities Alex found for me.
I am a people person and Alexandra Read of Brown & Merry could not have been more personable or more helpful. We are delighted with the service, support and communication we have experienced with Brown & Merry Estate Agents. Top Marks to staff member Alex.!!!

Communication was consistently inadequate, and I frequently had to request updates myself. No constructive feedback was provided, nor were any recommendations offered to help increase viewings on the property. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service received and cannot recommend this agency.

Great experience with Brown and Merry Newport Pagnell when buying our first home.
Lydia frequently chased up and down the chain to help speed up the process and responded quickly to any queries we had.
Sienna also initially showed us round the property and was very helpful with initial queries
