I sold my house and purchased my new house with the Ripley team and I had a very positive experience throughout the process. Richard valued my house and he was so friendly and approachable and he really did put me at ease. Selling and buying property really does have its ups and downs and things didn’t always go smoothly for me. But despite all of this nothing was too much trouble for the lovely Luisa, we were in regular contact throughout the process and she did go the extra mile for me. She is a real credit to Burchell Edwards and I would highly recommend her and her team.
I am now happy to say I have sold my house, very smoothly in the end and I am now very settled in my new property which was also arranged through Luisa.
You will not be disappointed if you choose Luisa and her team at the Ripley branch to sell and help you buy your new home ??????

Holly and Ruby - Both have been great from the start. Have given a 110% in securing me a suitable bungalow. Holly is one of the only agents to keep in touch with me over tbe last 9 months i have been searching for a property suitable for my needs. Thank you for your help. It hasnt quite sunk in yet but ive finally collected my keys today.

Thank you to Ella and Rebecca for all the help over the 6 months with the advice given to help us after we had a bad experience with our previous tenant that we made the mistake of managing ourselves, and finding us a new tenant which will now be fully managed by you guys.

Burchell edwards solihull, first time i used the branch in solihull,the service I received on the purchase ,of a property, was really to a high 5 star standard, which is why I had to give a 5 star rating,also I have offered my both properties, to be advertised ,for sale.

From start to finish our move to our rental property was smooth,
Big thank you to James and Hannah they were amazing and worked hard to facilitate our move.

I did start to sell my flat with them but found better agents. over 2 months later my property gets shown on their site for sale on 25/12/25 to 2/1/26. Burchell Edwards are not my agents who are selling my flat nor professiol too in their dealings. this is vintictive attack to mess up my sale. dont trust them.
