Super friendly and very helpful staff it's mine and my partners first time going through the process of renting/rent to buy and jack and the rest of the team couldn't be more helpful with the whole process and very patient with us while we sorted forms and paperwork out top class service and would recommend to anyone

Quite a smooth process where you are walked through the stages by the different individuals responsible. The branch manager also oversees progress and offers advice if you stray off course. They don’t set unrealistic expectations and tell it as it is.

I can't recommend this agency enough- other agencies had been dismissive at viewings and rejected us multiple times, so we were not hopeful when we viewed a lovely property advertised by Burchell Edwards as we were used to being ignored. From the moment we arrived, Jack and Amber at the Ilkeston office made us feel welcome, like they actually WANTED us to find a house. Throughout the process, they were kind, kept us in the loop and extremely efficient. We viewed the property, and 2 weeks later we were unpacking our new home. Our landlord also mentioned how they had kept him informed at all times, and how they were honest in their review of potential tenants. If you rent or let a property with this agency, you will be so happy with the results- I know I am! 10/10 with excellent staff, a lovely office and great properties to rent.

Ella Green's support throughout the entire process of renting our new home has been truly outstanding.
From our first interaction, she was incredibly friendly and professional, with clear and consistent communication, as well as being really responsive to my calls and emails.

Phoebe has been fantastic these past few weeks! I’ve approached this process very cautiously, and with a lot of nerves, but she has been incredibly patient and understanding. She’s been great at taking me through the process in a way that I understand, and I’ve felt supported throughout. This was always going to be stressful undertaking, but the guidance and support I’ve received from Phoebe has been a massive relief.
The rest of the team at the Mansfield office have been just as amazing - Lewis, Josh and Abigail. They’ve all been professional and friendly, from start to finish. Five stars, very happy!

Great service. Went to Craig for mortgage advice, and we cannot recommend him enough. As first time buyers we went for a consultation, we were quite hesitant beforehand but after speaking to Craig, we were put at ease. He was very knowledgeable and put in a lot of time and effort to help us. Had few issues in the process (none from Burchel Edwards) but we were able to sort these out quickly thanks to our mortgage advisor. Absolutely superb.

Highly recommend Burchel Edwards, they are very honest and very good at what they do. I brought my first house with them and have decided to get them to sell my present house.
Beth came out and valued our house she was so friendly, honest, straight to the point and knows her job and did it right, not like other astate agents I have had out in the past.

I strolled into Burchell Edwards on one of the worst days of my live. My husband had walked out on me & taken the kids – I was beside myself. I didn’t know where to begin with my property search, I haven’t sold/bought a house in nearly 10 years so as I walked into Burchell Edwards with my tail between my legs.. there was Harvey, he greeted me with a wide smile & a welcoming aura. He comforted me as he presented properties within my budget. He spent at least an hour with me, doing as much as he possibly could to comfort an old bird like myself. His level of customer service is extraordinary, I felt like we had been friends for years. Thank you Harvey, I won’t be using any other agent other than Burchell Edwards. Highly recommend.
