I called to enquire about a house I saw for rent 2 weeks ago, during that conversation with Ella she took time to really understand what I wanted and proposed another property that was more suitable, and today I’m moving in! What should have been a stressful process was made stress and hassle free! Rebecca was just as helpful during the process too. I’ll be using these guys in future

We have just had our move in date confirmed and I just wanted to mention how amazing Ella & Rebecca have been to us! Ella was so friendly showing us around the property initially, as we hadn’t had much luck finding a property previously but once I had submitted my application they both made the whole process super easy and kept me informed at every step! Extremely grateful ??

Not sure if our experience was down to the average age of the staff at the ilkeston branch of Burchell Edwards, but feel they neither managed our (Seller) or the buyers expectations during the viewings of which we had many, but no offers.
On changing agents within 7days and 3 viewings we had 2 offers!!!!!
I suppose the moral of this story is choose the right agent.??????

My little family had the worst news at the beginning of July this year! After being with our old landlord for 20 years, we got told we had 4 months to find a new home! As you could imagine this got very stressful..<br>Until.. my partner found a new home on Burchell Edwards, he rung immediately and the next day the wonderful Ella phoned us and asked if we would like to see the new home!? Of course we said yes, Ella was wonderful, very kind, very polite and made us feel at ease straight away and reassured us that we going to be alright, and they are going to help us and thats what they did!, then the stress of paper work and payments came along... and we met Amber, what an angel she was! She made sure we got all the forms done correctly both Ella and Amber even stayed on the phone an made sure we done everything correctly an reassured again that we are going to be alright. Then came the day to get the keys, and there was a slight mistake.. but Amber wasn't having it.. she got straight on the phone and sorted the problem out there an then and we got our keys!! We are now in our new beautiful home and we couldnt be more happier! Myself and the family, just wanted to thank both Ella and Amber for all their hard work, their understanding and their help, they were absolutely wonderful! Thank you both so so much!<br>The Tiplers and Gibbons.
