I had been searching for a rental property in the surrounding area for some time. Most of my viewings with other letting agents would be disinterested in showing me around and unable to answer any questions I would have about the property.
On Saturday Holly from Burchell Edwards showed me around a property she gave a lovely tour and was very knowledgeable about the property. Holly was very friendly and happy to answer any of my questions. This was the first time in my search that I was treated like a valued customer and I would recommend Burchell Edwards Eastwood to anyone searching in the area.

Exceptional and outstanding service. From the first contact of arranging valuation with Josh to him attending my home has been one of the best experiences I could of had in the scary world of buying and selling a house. Impeccable professionalism and attention to detail from how he was dressed, the knowledge he had and the lovely comfortable feel he gave off. No pressure to sell with them. For me personally it was not a good experience.
Bad communication. Did not return my phone calls or emails. No matter how many times I try communicate.
Regardless of how trivial it was to them. It was a big deal to me.

Honestly without Declan I would not have bought my house. Having spoken to him about the kinds of property I wanted and the original mortgage advice I had been given. He suggested I meet Aidan and everything just went up from there. Although I didn’t purchase my house through Burchell Edwards the mortgage advice I received from Aidan put me in the best position to buy my first home. Also a special shout out to Gary who took over my mortgage completion he has been so helpful. Great team and would highly recommend! So polite, so easy to contact and work with. Thank you for making such a stressful process bearable!

Had a great experience from start to finish selling my house. Valuation was more than I expected and better yet the team delivered above the asking price. Paul was very helpful on the valuation, Richard helped to organise all of the feedback and Harvey did a great job selling the property too. A slick team with good communication. Very happy to have sold through this agent!
