Big credit to Rhian! She could not have made the process any easier for us while finding a property to rent. We immediately liked the place we viewed and Rhian secured an agreement with the landlord that same day. She has been very helpful and always quick to respond to our emails which is appreciated. Very highly recommended!

If you have a property to let out, do not use these Estate Agents. I have been trying to get them to pay out for the damages that was caused when the tenant moved out. They let out my home on a "no deposit basis" and then took out insufficient insurance to pay out for significant damages. That was 4 months ago and I still haven't been able to move back home!

Rhian went above and beyond! From Day 1 she made the process so easy. She’s responsive and seeks her clients best interest. I can’t recommend her enough. On move in day there were some hiccups and she physically helped me carry my boxes from the street to the 2nd floor!! An absolute gem, can’t thank her enough for presenting the property and making moving in a bit smoother. 10/10

No help once you move in to a rented property, impossible to contact and resolve things so maybe they'll get in touch through here instead. Avoid unless you want unnecessary additional stress.

I got a call from Skylar at Charter's asking if I'd be interested in viewing a flat. I, by chance, was already in the area - she was able to fit me in immediately that afternoon, and was incredibly helpful and detailed during the viewing. She even tolerated my meandering ramblings! I ended up putting an offer in on said flat, and Skylar kept me up to date on the current state of things, what the next steps would be, and what information was required. Highly recommended.

We have such a wonderful, positive, experience working with Charters. The team are professional, friendly, and take the hassle out of letting a property. We have two properties fully managed by Charters, and at times, we forget we own these properties as the service is so good and seamless.
