Charges provided as great communication throughout unfortunately we didn’t get many viewings and the feedback won’t arrive till the day later we will also unable to sell our home which was such a shame

I have been actively looking for a house and, since I registering with Charters Estate agents I am able to focus on this endeavour. Particularly I have a positive experience with Mr. Simon Edsor who had shown me few houses. He always able answer all the questions about the property and take the time and effort to come back with the answers if he couldn't do at the time of viewing. I appreciate his balanced views and he also has an in-depth knowledge about the areas, including some historical aspects. My sincere gratitude to the excellent service from Charters and Mr. Edsor.

The worst estate agent I've ever used!
I booked a viewing at a property, but when I arrived at the address, the building wasn't there.
I spent over 30 minutes looking for it and asking strangers walking by, but no one had ever heard of it!
I called the agent, I emailed the agent, and despite all of this, NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO REPLY TO ME!
It's been over a week.
Don't waste your time with these people!
