I have been actively looking for a house and, since I registering with Charters Estate agents I am able to focus on this endeavour. Particularly I have a positive experience with Mr. Simon Edsor who had shown me few houses. He always able answer all the questions about the property and take the time and effort to come back with the answers if he couldn't do at the time of viewing. I appreciate his balanced views and he also has an in-depth knowledge about the areas, including some historical aspects. My sincere gratitude to the excellent service from Charters and Mr. Edsor.

Charters Estate Agents had to put up with a lot from an extremely stressed me - not all to do with the purchase so it made it more difficult for them - and although this purchase definitely went slower than perhaps it should have, they contacted me with updates and I know for a fact pushed things along with the vendor, who also helped as much as he could, that definitely helped the process - I have nothing but thanks and praise for Paul Mason, Tom Harper, Alex Porter and especially the Sales Progression Assistant Sohniya Bhatti who put up with a lot of repeated requests and whinging from me. I am not normally like this and I spent so long apologising and then going back and moaning I am amazed at their patience and understanding - I even sent them pictures of paintings I had done - I'm surprised they didn't get me certified. Honestly they had more patience than I deserved and the process was only slowed by a few extra weeks which was not in their control but they still tried to sort out. I recommend them.

I recently dealt with the selling team at Charters, Chandlers Ford, and even though I didn’t end up purchasing a property through them, I genuinely feel they deserve a positive review. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable.
A special mention has to go to Jorgia, who was consistently brilliant throughout. She was friendly, proactive, knowledgeable and made the whole process feel far less stressful. She kept me updated without ever being pushy, answered all of my questions, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right place rather than just pushing a sale.
Even though my purchase ended up going in a different direction, the level of service I received from Jorgia stood out. I’d happily recommend Charters to anyone looking for an estate agent that’s communicative, honest, and genuinely supportive.
