Absolutely brilliant, all the way through, from initial contact, in person sales appraisal, sourcing a buyer, negotiating a price, pushing along the conveyancing teams on both sides and keeping me calm and informed through the entire process of the sale of my flat!!! A very professional and efficient service from initial contact right up to getting the property sold and over the line. I had a great experience viewing a property with Isabelle from Dexters in Hendon. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the viewing. Isabelle took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and made me feel comfortable. She was well-prepared and gave me all the information I needed about the property and the local area. Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately.
With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through.
Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market.
These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.
