Shannon was a great help and very supportive in our search for a property. She showed us several properties and organised those at an easy time for us, she exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Avni was outstanding in knowledge and helpfulness. Always available and friendly. Sian and others also helpful. I think the flat being valued at £300,000 was too ambitious, it sold for £159,000.
Dexters were pleasant and helpful throughout.

Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately.
With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through.
Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market.
These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.
