Ben and his team at Fox and Sons in Haywards Heath were extremely helpful and professional in the recent sale of our flat. We had a poor experience with a previous agent so this made our experience with Fox and Sons extremely welcome. We managed to get our flat under offer in less than 3 weeks at almost the asking price thanks to the advice and professionalism offered by Fox & Sons.

We met Darcie in order to view a house on our shortlist of property. Even before the meeting it was clear that Darcie had taken the trouble to ensure that safe and comfortable parking had bee arranged for us. She was also punctual and exuded a professional, polite and cheerful disposition. Having viewed several previous properties with different agents, we were pleasantly surprised with the in depth knowledge Darcie had gained in respect of the property we were viewing.<br><br>We had prepared a list of questions, some of which had a technical or legalistic style, Darcie handled these questions in a calm and helpful way. She was confident and well read on the subjects. She was also diplomatic when dealing with questions that touched on matters of privacy and rights of others. For example explaining the background to adjoining land acquisition and the way in which this was outside of her remit.<br><br>In short Darcie represented her company with an easy going but knowledgeable style. She was never pushy and this added to her credibility, In our opinion she is an absolute credit to Fox and Sons Fordingbridge

Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this.
I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket

I’ve had an excellent experience with Fox & Sons over the past year, and I want to give particular recognition to Isaac, their mortgage services consultant, who has been genuinely outstanding throughout the entire process. From day one, he has been consistently patient, clear, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His manner strikes the perfect balance — always present and supportive, but never once pushy or overbearing.<br><br>Across the last six months, Isaac went above and beyond in helping me understand my options. He produced numerous mortgage quotes for different terms, deposit amounts, and scenarios, each time taking the time to walk me through the implications so I could make informed decisions. What impressed me most was that his support wasn’t limited to mortgages alone; he offered thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of home?buying topics, double?checked that the properties I was interested in (not with Fox & Sons) were priced fairly, and gave guidance on what and when to offer. Buying a property can be a very stressful experience — especially as a first?time buyer — but Isaac’s input made navigating the process far less daunting.<br><br>Isaac's professionalism, dedication, and genuinely pleasant approach made a huge difference to my experience. Joe and the team at Fox and Sons were really helpful. They explained the sale process to us simply as it was our first sale and took us through every step. They were easy to reach and kept us up to date, despite having a busy summer period, even helping us with the solicitors. Would recommend ??????

We chose Fox and Sons as our house failed to sell the previous year and they have been brilliant! They marketed our home well. They are highly professional and all round nice guys and gals! I have no previous experience with selling a home and I always felt that I could ask any question. I have had alot of contact with Peter Bush and he has been brilliant! We asked to be put in touch with their in house Financial Advisor, Gareth Jones who has also helped us so much with the financial sides of things. There is nothing that I could fault with the service that we received and I am glad we went with Fox and Sons. Selling a home is not easy with the way the market is at the moment and I truly believe that had we chosen someone else we would be looking at a second failure to sell our house. Thank you Fox and Sons for all your help.
