I cannot thank Scarlett at Fox & Sons enough for her incredible support! We were on an extremely tight deadline and only had one week to get everything sorted out.
Scarlett stepped up to the challenge without hesitation. She helped me with absolutely everything, kept the process moving incredibly fast, and managed to get us the keys in just 5 to 6 days!

I had an excellent experience working with Natasha at Fox & Sons in relation to my rental property.
Natasha managed the process professionally from start to finish and maintained excellent communication throughout. She liaised directly with my tenant, handling any queries and arrangements efficiently, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free for me as the landlord.
Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to keep all parties informed ensured everything ran smoothly. I was particularly impressed with how she built a positive relationship with the tenant whilst still representing my interests effectively.

From start to finish we were supported and helps with the whole process! Anna was absolutely amazing at the start trying to answer all my questions (and I had lots). She was always an email away with super speedy and helpful responses! Isaac was amazing with our mortgage advice again helping with all our questions and getting back to us so quickly and dealing with my meltdowns in such a respectful and helpful manor! Karl was great showing us around the house and giving us advice when we needed it. The whole teams works so hard and I could not recommend them enough. Each person had such a positive impact on the whole process. No question was ever too silly or to small to them and nothing was to much to ask for! I am so grateful to everyone involved at Fox and sons on our property journey! Thank you all so so much!

Duncan Thomas of the lettings department in the Taunton Office, along with his colleague Romana in have both enabled me to feel relaxed about using the full management service for the rental of my Taunton property. They keep me informed of what's happening so that I can still make my own choices in relation to maintenance and tenancies, but I am confident that they will get any issues sorted for me. I was happy with Fox & Sons at the start. They sold my property for me.
But a day before completion i rung them to say was everything still ok for the next day. I was shouted at by a member of staff, telling me not to leave my property until I received a phone call from them.
I have never received that phone call.
I have never had a phone call from Ben the manager congratulating me on selling my property!!
I feel very sad & angry there has been no communication from them.
I'm old school & a phone call would have made all the difference to me.
It feel as though I'm a nuisance even though I've given them thousands of pounds for selling my property.
It is not good enough for me.
It should have been a happy time but due to Fox & Sons it's been a very hurtful, sad & angry ending & they don't give a dam.
