All good until the tenancy ends. I never was a tenant to create problems or miss payments and always had a open conversation with landlords, agencies. When everything ended (not because of me but because of the landlord) half of the deposit was deducted. Raised a dispute and after almost 5 months since I moved out I got my money back minus a small fee but not almost 50% of the depoait as Gascoine and Halman claimed. Greedy is a nice term to describe them. Make sure you add everything in your entry report take pictures of every single hair dust as they will use everything to claim as much as they can from your deposit.

This agency has been very helpful and supportive throughout the process for renting a house. They are excellent with documentation, and after I signed the contract, they assisted me with registering for council tax, water, and electricity. A special thanks to my consultant, Charlotte – she was incredibly helpful and made everything much easier.

Tresa was an informed and really professional.
Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion.
Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates.
Highly recommend from a buyers perspective.
