Great from start to finish. We met with several local Estate Agents and had differing valuations. We wanted to sell our house without overvaluing it and then having to reduce the price as the sale was taking too long for our liking. Gascoigne Halman got the asking price about right. After enough viewings gave us our buyer the follow up on the whole of the chain by Gascoigne Halman was spot on. They knew more about the big picture than anyone else. The general liaison with all their staff was very good, from the initial valuation meeting through to the eventual completion of the sale.

From first viewing our new home through to eventually getting the keys, the GH team were first class and we felt both valued but also considered across the time. Viewings with Adam, working through the process with Zoe, Dawn and Louisa, the team were brilliant and always on hand to help and guide. I’d thoroughly recommend and I will certainly use this branch in the future should we need to.

Tresa was an informed and really professional.
Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion.
Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates.
