We have just completed on the sale of our mothers bungalow. Ella Woodford Jones was brilliant. She did what any good agent should do which is keep in contact with all the parties involved in the chain as well as chase the respective solicitors. She was excellent in her communiction with us and dealt with any issues that arose. I'm a Director in a national property firm so expected a high standard of service. Ella excelled.

My wife and I had a customer friendly experience renting through Gascoigne Halman, Macclesfield branch. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly customer-focused and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. I have rented in the past but this engagement is commendable.<br>Communication was excellent throughout as the team kept an excellent open line of communication at every stage, keeping us informed of progress and responding promptly to any questions or concerns we had.<br>A very special Thanks goes to Lisa Hollins. She was just phenomenal!!!!

Great team and fabulous customer experience. Doug, Dev and Francis were so connected and kept me updated throughout the sale of my house in Knutsford.<br>Their advice, care and knowledge was superb.<br>From the moment my house went on the market they worked hard getting the right people to view and from securing my sale to exchange communication as previously was great. Completion is next week. Thank you Doug for getting me to put it up and Dev for your purposeful role of owning the sale of my house. I recently viewed a property with my mum who is currently in a wheelchair. We were looking downsize and found a property perfect for our situation. The estate agent who viewed the property with us on two separate occasions was very helpful, friendly and offered lots of useful of advice with regards to the property and its features. They put at ease any of our concerns and were open to any questions and had lots of useful suggestions. Dawn and the whole team at Gascoigne Halman have been absolutely amazing. The sale of my property has been very stressful but Dawn was persistent, helpful and chased conveyancers. If it hadn’t been for her understanding, kind words and hard work, I’m not sure I would have been able to get through to the finish line.

Tresa was an informed and really professional.
Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion.
Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates.
Highly recommend from a buyers perspective.
