Just recovering from a house move ???? that would never have happened if it hadn't been for Kate at Gascoigne Halman!
Kate dealt with everything thrown at her with compassion, professionalism and a good dose of humour - she was also tenacious at keeping the various wheels turning, flexible and always prompt to respond.
Communication is paramount, and even when Kate was not available, the whole team seemed well informed and able to advise.
Highly recommended - thank you so much x

Professional service from the start with Matthew giving us a price/timescale estimate, our house sale was then managed by Carly who was exceptional at managing the expectations of us and our buyers and helped get the job done. Hoping not to move again any time soon but I will list with GH when I do.

Sasha at Gascoigne Halman Prestbury was nothing short of incredible. She kept us in the loop on a daily basis and displayed professionalism and honesty throughout buying our first home. She was always well-informed and she was a key factor in getting over the finish line when dealing with exceptionally difficult vendors, when on multiple occasions we were believed we had reached an impasse.

They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.
