If 0 stars was an option, I would leave it.<br>The company do not care about their renters once you get in. They left us 2 months without radiators and huge disruptions which effected us and claimed it was all done in a "timely manner" all other tenants and people in our whole block had discounted rent but we did not, it wasn't even considered from these people as they weren't the ones living in the state we had to.<br>We had flooding and was left all weekend as their emergency lines do not work, clothes were damaged from this and no response was provided as an apology when made aware.<br>Leaky dishwasher never was fixed, caused huge rotting in the wood to the point it was dangerous for me as I had an injury but they just rescrewed the boards down and left corners lifted up.<br>A flat buzzer that never worked so we missed countless parcels.<br>Countless threats about my pets and they would take the deposit from a but of mess that was an accident in our first few months and due to someone else complaining and making false allegations, should have added a pet clause into the contract asking for a pet deposit instead of just countless threats.<br>They took just under half our deposit for an invoice which is made by their internal company, the invoice had the wrong address, invalid dates and also just repeated itself multiple times.<br><br>They gave me the "complaints procedure" but it now coincidentally sends you to an email that is no longer monitored.
