We bought our home from reeds rains and throughout the whole process, they were fantastic. Sophie was amazing at keeping us updated of the progress of the sale, and was always on hand to support and answer any questions. The rest of the team, Dean and Alex, were also great. They did not communicate, they had not studied the house , what is there or not. We had to keep contacting them to gain information after possible buyers had visited. Etc.
