I have been very pleasantly surprised in all my dealings with Romans so far. They have been extremely professional throughout my current selling process and have always been on hand to advise and help wherever possible. They've made the process simple and hassle-free and have really put me at ease throughout what is generally a really stressful time. All the staff are friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and tirelessly to sell our house and not the 'typical' estate agent I was expecting. I highly recommend Romans

It was a fantastic experience renting through ROMANS Thilehurst branch! We tried out many agencies in Reading, so we have a comparison. We have seen many flats and the way how they show them, so we can tell Romans Thilehurst are the best :) From start to finish, their team was professional, but also they had such a human approach and were incredibly helpful. Brilliant agent Nathan Poulter showed us the flat. Brilliant Lorraine Coakley continued our process with paperwork and all the formalities.
The letting process was smooth and transparent, making us feel well-supported throughout our entire process. I appreciate their dedication to ensuring people have an excellent letting experience. I highly recommend Romans for anyone looking to find their perfect home with zero hassle!

This review is regarding Property Management services provided by Hayley McPhail- Property Manager at Romans . She has been very proactive in making sure that the maintenance queries are answered in a timely manner and attended to by a professional contractor. Also the 6 month inspection was carried out in a very professional manner with detailed photos ,condition of property was reported in great detail on their online portal that is quite user friendly. So far the experience has been very good with Romans and look forward to continuing this relationship further on. However they are a little expensive but the service is good.

Filip has been really helpful throughout the quick process of entering a tenancy. From facilitating the viewing last minute to helping us through the offer letter and the tenancy application the next day! Expected handover to be within 10 days of viewing! Highly recommend.
