Plenty of effort went into promotion and viewings. Initial valuation exceeded our expectations but was ultimately a disappointment as no offers came close. We had already paid deposit on our next property and eventually time pressure meant that we accepted an offer £55k below asking price. This may well be a realistic valuation but suggests Savills (and others) have misread market in Ealing.

From start to finish Savills Chiswick has handled the sale of our house with effective professionalism. We got the outcome we were hoping for - and the inevitable bumps along the way were well managed and smoothly overcome. Communication was excellent throughout, and we greatly appreciated the warm and friendly service given by each member of the team. I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!
