We received an exemplary service from Savills. They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.
What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Mason, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.
Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.
We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!

Sadly too much paper work and undue stress. Already a stressful time after a house flood and this agency just made life difficult of a very simple situation. Would not recommend. Waste of time and stress

The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the
property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be.
I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.
