We recently sold our property through Savills and can highly recommend them. The whole team were excellent, I particularly liked that the staff came round to see the house so they knew what the layout was before viewings took place. They secured a very quick sale. Sarah was very professional from the very first meeting, advising on the correct marketing strategy, price and securing the sale. Lucy was our point of contact for any queries or questions we had and gave weekly updates so we knew exactly what was happening during the process. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate using them again

We have just exchanged on our house in Falmouth through Savills, and I cannot praise Sean Anderson and his colleague Will Eva highly enough.<br><br>Although a few earlier offers on other properties didn't work out—through no fault of Savills—Sean worked closely with us to patiently navigate the market and ultimately find a property that perfectly matched our requirements. I had the pleasure of using Savills’ Clifton office last year and thought it only fair I write a review - better late than never! They are utterly professional in every sense and helpful to the nth degree. I couldn’t recommend them more as the agent to choose if you are torn between a few.

We have just completed a purchase through Savills Northwood and were delighted by their efforts throughout. Beverley was fantastic as our agent. She was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful from the first viewing, through the process until we moved in. She went above and beyond in making sure the purchase went through on time when it became a bit complicated at the end. We couldn't have done it without her! While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.
