James happened to call me when our sale went stale on the market with minimal interest and consistently last minute let downs from the agents we were previously up with. He came round and discussed potential options without being pushy and just generally offering advice. After changing from a different estate agents to Stirling Ackroyed it was a completely different experience, James and Noah were very good at communicating and we sold very quickly with the help of them. A few hiccups post offer acceptance beyond James and Noah’s control but always easily contactable and friendly. Thank you!
