Having purchased a property through the agency, we now use their rental management service. They sourced tenants and continue to manage the property efficiently. The team are responsive, helpful and supportive, particularly Danielle and Dotty, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The invoicing could be clearer, but everything balances correctly. Great experience with the Hackney branch. The team were a pleasure to deal with, always helpful and easy to get in contact with. Had come across a lot of estate agents in recent home search and Aimee Charles & Michaela Coles at Stirling stand out as agents who genuinely wanted to help.
