Kevin Hinmer is awesome! A real breathe of fresh air where estate agents are concerned. Incredibly easy to deal with, bringing real positivity and energy, coupled with professionalism and industry knowledge. His can do approach to property search was so encouraging. I’m very satisfied with Stirling Ackroyd and the way they found my new home. The staff is very friendly and professional and did a correct follow up of the process. And Cam’ron Griffiths did a wonderful job from the process of the viewing through the offer approval and referencing, always very helpful and supportive. I’m very happy with my experience with this agency.<br>I’m also very happy with the work of Aggie Duffin. From the start of the tenancy, she ensured everything was working properly and ready inside the house. She was professional, friendly and tireless to resolve the initial issues and ensure I would feel happy, comfortable and adapted to the property.

Great experience with the Hackney branch. The team were a pleasure to deal with, always helpful and easy to get in contact with. Had come across a lot of estate agents in recent home search and Aimee Charles & Michaela Coles at Stirling stand out as agents who genuinely wanted to help. Great energy, clear communication and honestly just made the experience of buying a property much less stressful!

I had a wonderful experience working with Jasmine at the Dalston office for renting my first apartment in London, she was extremely supportive and kind and professional throughout some referencing hiccups and was proactive and communicative throughout the entire process. It was due to her thoughtfulness that I was able to view the apartment in the first place and she was helpful every step of the way in the rental process. Would highly recommend working with her!

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Thomas from Stirling Ackroyd. Although I ended up finding a property through another route, Thomas’s dedication stood out. Unlike other agents I’ve had to constantly chase for updates, Thomas was incredibly proactive, he even called me while he was out in Canary Wharf just to check in and help with my search. When I told him I had finally found an apartment, he was genuinely happy for me. It’s rare to find an agent so willing to help.
