Sam Bookman is honestly the best agent. He was incredible in helping me with my flat and really listened to what I wanted, making everything feel tailored to me. He was so lovely and easy to get hold of whenever I had a question, which made the whole move so much less stressful. I felt really looked after, and he made everything so easy for me. I’ve been renting a property through Strutt and Parker for a number of years now and I’ve found them to be extremely thorough and professional in resolving issues/problems. I’ve primarily dealt with Christine Froud the lettings agent from the Ascot/Sunningdale branch and she is easy to communicate with and gets things done in a timely manner.

We are big fans of the team and what they had to offer. Highly attentive, very responsive to requests (ours and our tenants) and ultimately made managing our property from overseas very easy. Would recommend highly to others. They were also great at handing off to the sales team as looked to sell the property.

Arrogance at the highest level!
Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!!
Lesson learned!!!

I have now worked with Strutt and Parker twice, first when purchasing my home last year and more recently when selling a family property. On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble.
Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable.
Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively.
I wholeheartedly recommend Strutt and Parker to anyone seeking an efficient, effective, supportive and compassionate estate agent in Edinburgh.
