Sam Bookman is honestly the best agent. He was incredible in helping me with my flat and really listened to what I wanted, making everything feel tailored to me. I’ve been renting a property through Strutt and Parker for a number of years now and I’ve found them to be extremely thorough and professional in resolving issues/problems. I’ve primarily dealt with Christine Froud the lettings agent from the Ascot/Sunningdale branch and she is easy to communicate with and gets things done in a timely manner.

We are big fans of the team and what they had to offer. Highly attentive, very responsive to requests (ours and our tenants) and ultimately made managing our property from overseas very easy. Would recommend highly to others. They were also great at handing off to the sales team as looked to sell the property.

We had an extremely positive experience in buying through S+P. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.

We have recently sold our property in Perthshire with the expertise of Hamish Spencer- Nairn and Amy McMenemy guiding us every step of the way.
We can’t thank them enough for their advice and insights regarding the property market and also for their very patient human-focussed approach! They manage to combine absolute professionalism with a very warm and friendly approach.
Selling a home can be quite a stressful experience, and both Hamish and Amy were there to support and advise us, answering all our queries and keeping us fully updated from the beginning right through until completion, including organising the surveyor report and photographs.
Once we were ‘live’ on the website we had viewings booked almost instantly and a sale agreed within a few weeks.
