Sam Bookman is honestly the best agent. He was incredible in helping me with my flat and really listened to what I wanted, making everything feel tailored to me. He was so lovely and easy to get hold of whenever I had a question, which made the whole move so much less stressful. I felt really looked after, and he made everything so easy for me. I’ve been renting a property through Strutt and Parker for a number of years now and I’ve found them to be extremely thorough and professional in resolving issues/problems. I’ve primarily dealt with Christine Froud the lettings agent from the Ascot/Sunningdale branch and she is easy to communicate with and gets things done in a timely manner.

We are big fans of the team and what they had to offer. Highly attentive, very responsive to requests (ours and our tenants) and ultimately made managing our property from overseas very easy. Would recommend highly to others. They were also great at handing off to the sales team as looked to sell the property.

We found ourselves selling our cherished family home in a very tricky and unpredictable market. However Alex Barton at Strutt and Parker Newbury exceeded our expectations with his calm, extremely professional and level headed approach. Alex’s knowledge of the market and the local area is second to non, and he was always on the other end of the phone be it for reassurance or updates on viewings etc. I really felt as though our hand was held throughout the process and nothing was ever a problem and always delivered with a smile! The marketing of our home was exceptional both from Newbury as well as Head Office. It really was a pleasure selling our home through S&P and I would highly recommend Alex to anybody needing to sell their own most cherished treasure. Thank you S&P!

I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement.
Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work!
As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed!
I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too!
If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out!
