My partner and I had Scott show us round the flat we ultimately ended up renting. He was very helpful and not pushy at all, allowing us to have the space to make an informed decision. If there were any questions we had that he couldn't answer on the spot he was very responsible, he didn't attempt to make anything up for the sake of convenience, instead he took the time to find out the correct answers for us which made me feel very secure in our decision. Thank you to Scott and Your Move for making the process as stress free and easy as possible.

Robyn has been an absolute god send for us. Not only has her communication been phenomenal, but her interest in helping us find a place shows. We had initial meeting with Lisa with regard to bringing property to market, but Sophie has been our main point of contact since then, handling all our enquiries and viewings. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and she was always there to answer any questions we had regarding the processes.
We feel Sophie is an absolute asset to the Glenrothes branch.

I received excellent service from the sales team led by Mohammed Ahmed. I received an offer within three days of the property being marketed and Mohammed helped me through every step of the process, from arranging clearance and cleaning through to completion. Friendly and efficient he was he was always happy to advise and go out of his way to help in whatever way he could. I can't praise Your Move enough.

We found Your Move - Houghton-le-Spring to be a very professional and efficient estate agency. From first contact, the valuation, photography, brochure preparation, first viewing and receipt of an offer for full asking price took less than 3 weeks. Sales Manager Rachel Smiles was especially helpful in giving advice on content of the sales brochure and her friendly staff in arranging the 2 viewings by first interested party. We would highly recommend this agency to value and sell your property quickly at its true market value.

Your Move, Belper, were exceptionally helpful and professional in every aspect of the sale, from the initial valuation through to the final sale. We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos.
We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner.
We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.
