20th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)If I could rate them no stars I would. Never have I dealt with such an unprofessional agent. Phone manor was horrific and couldn't organise a house viewing to save his life! Couldn't give the correct door number, didn't have any answers to any questions. Then finally after what felt like pulling teeth in order to view the property it wasn't really like the photos at all they were very strategically taken that's for sure and the guy was even worse in person. Nothing about him whatsoever, wasn't sure who was viewing it when... Just an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Couldn't really imagine what renting would have actually turned out like so glad the property wasn't suitable really.

I successfully won a property with no reserve and although the auction has ended. The auction was reopened as presumably they did not make enough money. This is not the first time. Very dishonest agent.

The agents have zero interest in your needs and interests but expect maximum cooperation when they need it. Totally unprofessional bordering on being ignorant, causing me ongoing problems because of their lack of communications.
