10th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)All very nice people in the team to speak to. In terms of selling the house however they often turned up late to viewings, little enthusiasm when selling, no personal touch or questions about us as sellers to use it felt like it was just another box of bricks. When coming to do a viewing they didn't know about what was happening with offers and kept asking us if there had been any when they should know as the estate agent! Our house wasn't anything special but also was in good state, we had 30 viewings so alot of interest but then when they came to view only 2 offers in total. Little feedback on any suggestions to change or improve the selling potential. It's also a long contract 20 weeks plus 28days notice so just make sure you read that before signing. We switched agents.

24th Dec 2024 (13 weeks ago)I must say, I highly commend this organisation. I rented a student flat, directly above the office of this prestigious team of estate agents, such that I was privy to the 'in's and out's' of their business. The guy's were very helpful and polite at all times (particularly when tackling our 'rat' "infestation"), the man of the hour being Sean. Shaun was polite, prompt, and efficient in resolving issues and never hestitated from jumping in to lend a hand. I fondly remember when he bravely scaled a steep ladder into our dark abyss (the "loft".) Upon reaching the summit, he turned to our dependable pest control expert, Gary, and proclaimed, to our utter bewilderment, "Yeah... I see it" despite looking in the total opposite direction to the rat horde coinhabiting our flat. All issues were resolved on the same day, or as near as possible. Our rent was affordable and very reasonable for the upmarket area - I highly endorse the "Heat n' Eat" takeaway in the Nisa, the mutton khottu is next level. We had pleasant encounters with Mary, Tan, and Stevie - they were always smiling and entertained by some 'light conversation'. The lauded team are very hardworking, we often witnessed Shawn and Tan working into the early hours of the morning!

25th Mar 2025 (2 days ago)We found Harts Homes an excellent agent in every respect. The valuation was spot on, and the brochure and video very attractively produced. Mandy, Sarah-Jayne and the team are very professional and friendly, and Mandy went to endless trouble to chase up other agents in the chain when things were moving slowly. We would definitely recommend Harts rather than one of the bigger national estate agents.
