After a successful completion I can now express my upmost thanks to James, Tilly and the team. Their communication and help throughout the whole process was second to none and I could not recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much hassle for them and when it came to the paperwork, they helped and made sure we had and did everything we needed. If you are thinking of buying or selling, look no further.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

2nd Nov 2024 (7 mo. ago)Kim at Edwards recently assisted me with a new tenancy agreement, which was slightly complex as it was timed in with a house purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was very professional, patient and knowledgeable - so I felt in safe hands. Would definitely recommend!

24th May 2025 (21 days ago)Charlie is quite honestly the best estate agent we interacted with and he wasn't even our appointed agent. There is no doubt in my mind that without him, we would not have been able to complete our purchase. He went above and beyond to make the sale happen even driving hours to deliver physical contracts to lawyers. Through the ups and downs of a house sale and purchase he continued to be communicative, patient and delivered unparalleled quality of service (again, he was not our agent). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlie if you are looking to sell your property
