8th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)I’ve emailed in now twice on right move to view a house on lane side. And no one has had the decency to call or return an email. This is not a great service for the people choosing to try sell with them. you should have used SUGDENS. they seem to return every call and email. I hope you change estate agents and I’ll try again with them.

We had an ongoing issue with getting a property sorted and Julie jumped in and managed to speed the process along after 8 months of messing around!! Wouldn’t have got sorted if it wasn’t for Julie’s help much appreciated can not thank you enough !!
25th Sep 2024 (24 weeks ago)Renting through Dinsdales Estates now for nearly 2 months now. From initial property enquiry to now I've received exceptional support and service, better than any other letting agents I've used before. Chloe and Katie were very helpful over the phone, answering any questions I had professionally, outlining any details of the process clearly. 10/10 Yvonne showed me around the property, and was very welcoming. My appointment was on schedule, and I received all the information I requested and needed. 10/10 I then went into office for documentation handover, where I met the team, and I must say, are a lovely set of people! Very caring and genuine. Very comfortable environment. At key handover, they even went through the effort of a handover giftbox! Lovely touch. 10/10 Since living in the property, I haven't been 'pestered' or bothered in the slightest. No bad surprises with the property. I reported a 'problem' that wasn't even a problem (sorry), it was a technical misunderstanding I had made. Despite this, the response from the team was swift, and my 'issue' was solved by Chloe the very next day. 10/10 Fantastic Team, highly recommended. Thank you team Dinsdales Estates

8th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.

Im a first time buyer and had bad experiences with other estate agents , Cathy and her team especially Cathy has been really very helpful .. thank you very much ;)

28th Sep 2024 (24 weeks ago)Not on right move did not declare this at all when we discussed selling. They did not openly discuss this with us prior to us finding out as it wasn’t listed. Nice people but felt right move is the premium platform for people wanting to buy a house so would have maybe chosen differently if they had been open at time of first meeting.
2nd Feb 2022 (3 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

3rd Oct 2024 (23 weeks ago)If there was an option to give 0 stars i would, housing union needs to step in. £120 cleaning charge for blue tack that was already there. Fined £200 in council tax as they failed to inform and submit student exemption, made me homeless twice, £60 fee each time to get back in. Their emergency line failed to work and blamed it on the network. failed miserably at looking after their tenants and all the young women in my flat were subjected to a creepy uncle. Unsure how any of them sleep soundly. The state of the flat was gross while promoting a weekly cleaner. do better

Place condemned by Leeds city 3 years ago by council . manger owner gift of gab but don't solve issues . Still not done property up after being told by council . Pay Ur rent and be ignored by crystal properties . U have to get council to force them to do anything stay away needs shutting down slum landlord
