Selling my mothers retirement flat wasn't easy but Woolley & Wallis were enthusiastic, professional, patient, friendly and always helpful. Thank you especially to Simon who was always willing to advise and update whenever I popped in or rang - and always with a smile. Also thanks to Nick. Genuine, hardworking and friendly. Would definitely recommend. All estate agents should be like this!
1st Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

29th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly. We couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough, always went above and beyond. Surpassed all expectations in every way, my dad was delighted with the result, as was I. Can't thank the team enough and a special thank you again to Meredith for all of her time and efforts. We look forward to the next one!!

30th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)We had been searching for a second home on the Poole area for sometime . We contacted tailor made to see a property we were interested in . Jessica showed us around that property but also put forward options of other properties. One of which we are now proud owners and have at last found a place perfect for us . Throughout the process Jessica was with us and worked with the various parties to get through negotiations and the normal property , search related queries. I have to say a massive thank you to Jessica and we will certainly be recommending Jessica and the sand banks tailor made branch .. who knows we may be back for more properties.

22nd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. With so many moving parts, no one exists in isolation but Justyn has kept an eye on all relevant moving parts and kept the pressure on to keep things moving.
