18th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)We highly recommend Irving’s - they are fantastic from start to finish- so professional but also warm and friendly and caring! They work hard from start to finish to sell your home and help you find the right property for you! Emails are replied to quickly also. Never once did I feel the need to chase or prompt - so much work is put in behind the scenes to make selling/buying as smooth as possible and the team are always approachable! We hope to never move again but if we were to, wouldn’t hesitate to use Irving’s 100%
6th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have been a client of Hunters for 10 years now having entrusted them to manage one of my rental properties and then following a very competent and competitively priced service moving the rest of my portfolio to them. Natalie the property manager is always cheerful and extremely responsive and has total regard for the landlord ensuring only vital property costs are passed. Recently I had reason to engage on the property sales side. Having personally and all the time in my work life dealt with agents I have never enjoyed such professionalism and care than that afforded to me by Jasmine Bradley. She deals with all aspects in such a calm and grown up manner she really sets herself apart from other industry professionals. I would wholeheartedly recommend this experienced and balanced individual to anyone who is considering selling their home. Natalie and Jasmine are first class employees and the reason I do and will continue to rely on the services of Hunters. THANK YOU LADIES

All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.
30th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Having never sold a house at auction before, especially one that was over 100 miles from where I live, I expected the process to be fraught with angst!<br>However, Meredith and the rest of the team went above and beyond to explain the process, and provide guidance, support and advice during the process and to bring the sale to a successful conclusion ...thank goodness!<br>Thank you to Meredith and the team - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

3rd Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We have recently bought a house through Fisks. The customer service from day one was, unfortunately, very poor.<br><br>The problems started at the very first viewing, which we had booked via phone call with their office after an expression of interest through Rightmove. We turned up, and no one was there. When I called the office, I was told they had no record of the booking. A representative did eventually show up (the same person I spoke to on the original booking who claimed to have no idea), but she seemed completely uninterested in being there. Very little engagement and desire to understand our position because we “weren't ready”. Not the best experience when being sold a house. Despite this, we put our own house on the market, and sold it within 7 days.<br><br>From offer acceptance to exchange took 16 weeks, well in line with the current UK national average. Throughout that time, Fisks' behaviour, in our opinion, was not professional. We understand the need to check the progress of the chain, but their approach was to hound all of us repeatedly. Communication was entirely one-way; Fisks rarely returned our phone calls, yet towards the end they spent weeks chasing and pressuring everyone else in the chain, including our own buyer’s solicitor. At one point, they even accused us of lying about our buyer's status, despite having kept them and the seller's solicitor updated throughout. By panicking and hounding five different parties at once, they were inevitably confused and created mixed messages for themselves. It felt like their own internal mismanagement and poor communication meant they simply couldn't keep track of the facts.<br><br>We were also subjected to threats that the house would be relisted if we didn’t exchange by a certain date (never happened and screams bullying tactics). The most frustrating part was that after being put under an immense amount of pressure to rush the process, the sellers themselves weren't actually ready to complete within a timely window anyway, which felt totally unjust.<br><br>To top it all off, on our second viewing we asked Fisks if the buyer was going to leave the white goods. They followed up with an email asking us if we would like to purchase them for a fee. We politely declined. Further down the line, we were presented with the contents and fitting form from the seller's solicitor, which, in fact, did stipulate that the white goods were being left. So we instructed our solicitor to ensure that they were remaining in the property, which they did agree. Move-in day comes, no white goods, a hefty amount of money being spent not only on our part to replace, but also by the sellers to remove what should have been left as per the contents and fittings form. Overall, a very sloppy sale.<br><br>This high-pressure, unorganised approach is exactly how housing chains collapse. I am incredibly relieved to no longer have to deal with Fisks, and I cannot recommend them based on this experience.<br><br>Sadly, the property had already been on the market for 6 months with a previous agent, and it seems such a shame that Fisks have taken the commission, as it definitely wasn’t earned in this case.
30th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Not very good. Not very proactive and little to no feedback. Would not recommend. They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. Left them and sold with another agent.
1st May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment
7th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Goadsby Verwood. From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable.<br><br>It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!).<br><br>I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. Thank you to the whole team for making my first home purchase such a positive one.- 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

1st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.

Rosella was a force of nature. She helped us to set a realistic price and timeline and was always happy to talk about any issues that arose. She was also exceptionally skilled at liaising with solicitors - her interventions always has a positive outcome in terms of moving the sale forward. We can't thank the team enough.

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.
