Josh was very calm and explained the procedures step by step, so well. He is one of the main person who helped and supported us in getting this house. We are really had a great experience with Josh. We strongly recommend hearnes.
20th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)Went in to ask about buying a property Received condescending attitude from one woman then another woman came over to talk to her and totally blanked me . Seem a very rude snobbish bunch and I will take my business elsewhere
19th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Irvings enough!! Clare is absolutely brilliant. She really listened to what I wanted in a house and got me my dream property. Other local agents I feel didn’t listen at all and sent me the complete opposite of what I asked for (I’m 24, I don’t want a retirement flat). It’s so refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about getting it right. I never had to chase for info & was always kept in the loop even with the smallest of updates. Everyone is SO lovely. Thank you Irvings!!

Matthew couldn't have done more to help me through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble & any query I had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Matthew was in regular contact throughout to ensure I was kept up to date with progress. The whole team were very friendly & helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any property sale or purchase.- 29th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

26th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!

I dealt with James up until the offer was excepted and he was absolutely amazing from when I met him until he handed me the keys over words will not explain how understanding, how professional and how he looked after us until the end I’ve dealt with plenty of sales people in my lifetime but James was a breath of fresh air.
