As a couple that very recently purchased through them, I can say hand on heart that they significantly improved the whole of the buying process. It really was a refreshing change. Moving home is such a stressful time but they made it effortless with their professionalism and expertise guiding me through every stage. Thanks so much again. I am adding to this review as not only has Tony given excellent Customer Service but also Brooke at the Midhurst office has too and I would highly recommend King & Chasemore to anyone.

27th Sep 2024 (26 days ago)Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the area the bungalow was in. Kept me updated with viewings arranged and the outcome. Useful app to track interest. As I’m a fair way away advised me on state of the property and suggested ways to improve the appearance, eg tidying the garden, reducing the amount of furniture etc. My only slightly negative comment is the price the bungalow was originally put on the market for. In hindsight, with all the work needing doing, it was put on way too high initially. A good job all in all.

She has been so helpful and has shown us her willingness to go the extra mile by coming to see us on her day off to make sure the photos and property details were on point. As a seller, we cannot thank her enough for the attention to detail which resulted in exactly what we wanted. Professional and on point and I cannot recommend Whitlocks Estate Agents enough.

Simon was with me every step of the way in the auction process giving me his expert guidance and advice. He has such a wealth of knowledge and experience in every aspect of the process and was able to move things on and get to the heart of matters quickly and efficiently and maintained a positive and highly professional attitude throughout. The Auction process was new to me and Simon made navigating it straightforward and effective. Nothing was too much trouble and calls and queries were dealt with quickly and effectively. I am very grateful for all the work he has done on the sale of my property
25th Sep 2024 (28 days ago)Steve was an amazing support, helpful and patient with myself and my mother. It had been a long and arduous process which wasn’t Steve’s fault but he made everything more manageable to cope with. He would phone me regularly keeping me updated on everything regarding the chain and how we were progressing. When something stalled he would get right onto it and deal with it. Steve was the estate agent at Henry Adams who was selling the house of our buyers, we were in fact selling through their Midhurst office but sadly we didn’t experience the same care and consideration by the Midhurst office and so decided to deal only with Steve and his office. I can highly recommend you using this estate agents and ask for Steve, if you are selling or buying, Steve is honest, straight, cares for his clients and in the end gets it all sewn up. He even called me on the day of the move to see how my mother and I were and again the following week to check in on her. An amazing man and an amazing team at this branch..THANK YOU ..

It seems to be an industry riddled with charlatans and liars, however Graham Butts have completely changed our opinion of the industry. From day 1 we were impressed with Tom at the Angmering office - honest, transparent, informative and knowledgeable. The process was made easy and straightforward. We wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again in the future.

22nd Sep 2024 (4 weeks ago)We were first time buyers with Redwood and Sons and could not have been buying through a better estate agent. They are professional, knowledgeable, incredibly communicative and above all, kind. None of our silly questions were too much for Simon and the team and throughout we genuinely felt important to them. Redwood and Sons also did not hesitate to chase things up for us, and I don’t think we would have made it through the process without them. We would absolutely not hesitate to use Redwood and Sons in the future.

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
