25th Feb 2019 (5 years ago)I have tried to rent through them two years ago and they were useless. I thought to give them a second chance and still the same. Rude if you call the office, slow response or not response at all if you email enquiring a property.

18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We were dealing with Donna Distin. Donna was great, she was very cooperative, professional and understanding, especially when my partner and I had to postpone the agreed move in date by a week due to personal circumstances. Donna sees the value in having a good tenant, and that can be a rare quality amongst estate agents. I gave one star less because the flat was not cleaned properly and some things need fixing, but that's with the Hindwoods repairs team, not Donna - she did her part great!
4th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)I have had a very good service so far with the tenants recommended by the agency. The tenants are delaying the rental payment though every month which is starting to add a significant amount of anxiety. Hoping the agency helps resolve this. I will update the status here. Update 27-Jan: No commitment from tenants on when the failed rental payment will be paid and agency has not been able to get a concrete answer. Starting to cause severe stress as a landlord. I hope the agency resolves the issue. Update 04-Mar: Rent is being defaulted again. Financial and mental stress continues over multiple months.
5th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)Initial advice maybe didn’t work out so well to market before Xmas and at higher price not so worth it, however I appreciate the ‘don’t ask don’t get’ approach. From there the comms were strong and the handover from sales to after sales was seamless. Always a stressful process, but could see the effort being put in to drive process and the patience when it got stressful was impressive
28th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)I have worked with both lettings and sales teams of James Gough and Martin & Co and couldn't recommend them enough. While managing my rental they were supportive and kept me informed, acting promptly when necessary. Friendly helpful service every time I contacted them. Honesty and good advice when subsequently selling said property. Excellent job everyone and a big thank you again.

She gave us feedback after every viewing and made herself available weekends and evenings. The house was marketed well with good photos and write up so big thanks to Millie and the EweMove team.

Matthew acted extremley quickly with putting our house on the market and advised us well throughout the process. Homezone have great knowledge and experience in the industry and this showed when we needed their guidance. Sam and Denise are both great in the office and were also very helpful with great communication. We highly recommend Homezone to anyone

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
