I used them after picking a cheaper agent first, who didn't have any success, and the general experience was pretty underwhelming. Acorn were proactive - they got me 3 offers the first weekend my property was on the market (the previous agent had it for 6 months with no offers!). Great communication and the whole thing was really very smooth.

29th Aug 2024 (20 days ago)Streets ahead came through and helped me with getting a new place in South East of London. The viewing of the property was timely and properly conducted and they were able to provide answers and clarification to my questions. Autumn and Emma were superb in getting my agreement signed and provided me with a complete itinerary of the new place. I am happy with their services and I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a house to rent in London.

We dealt with Shuk and Megan and they were both outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and seamless. I found Jake to be extremely efficient and accommodating during the viewing process. He has good local knowledge and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I ended up buying in a totally different area but would have definitely bought through Jake if I hadn't!

As the property was a renovation project, I asked several times to revisit the property to take measurements etc to speed up the process once complete - Bradley & Sarah couldn’t have been more accommodating with access and getting me into the property. I didn’t feel under any ‘salesman’s’ chat - just good advice, knowledge of the property and area. Thanks again for the smooth process!

They were very unclear as to what steps I needed to take and were slow to reply to my emails. They also communicated with me in a less than friendly manner. If I could give zero stars I would.
