We had a bumpy process with solicitors etc. but Karen was there every step of the way and was key to help us moving in good time. Even after the sale they checked in to see how we are getting on. We can not thank them enough and will definitely be in touch for our next steps on the ladder!!

They were incredibly helpful and informative at every stage of the purchase and sale, on our completion date and helping her settle in during her first few days and weeks there. From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

28th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)We were very pleased with the service offered by Black & Blanc. They were local and it was not a routine sale since the flat was owned by three people ; two lived in France and one, being quite ill, was often in hospital in the UK. This made arranging viewings a bit more difficult to manage but they were successful in this and the sale was made quickly and at the price we had asked for. It was important that the three owners were kept up to date with progress and informed of the evolving situation which the agents did regularly by WhatsApp and email which worked really well.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy

27th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We’ve just completed on our dream house as a family and something we never thought was possible- Then here comes John and Paul who have worked tirelessly throughout the whole process- up front with information around what’s going on with the estate, always answered every single question we’ve had they’ve answered even down to needing measurements for rooms so we could look at furniture. They scheduled viewings anytime we’ve asked which has really helped through the process. After this experience if we are to ever sell this house and buy a property they would be my first call every day of the week. Thank you both so much for your help

Would highly recommend mainly due to the strong communication. They also went out of their way to show me other properties in the area to compare which helped.

From the moment we viewed the house through to completion, Michael kept us updated every week, which made the whole process so much less stressful. He was always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had. His knowledge of the property was excellent, and he was always able to provide clear and helpful information. We really appreciated his professionalism, communication, and support throughout the purchase. Rumour has it that buying a house is one of the most stressful times of your life, but on this occasion I have to disagree! Thank you Michael for making our house-buying experience such a positive one.
