Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

5th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Brookbanks were an absolute pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend using them. We had a bumpy process with solicitors etc. but Karen was there every step of the way and was key to help us moving in good time. Even after the sale they checked in to see how we are getting on. We can not thank them enough and will definitely be in touch for our next steps on the ladder!!
8th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Please check reviews for countrywide Bromley before going with this estate agent. We rented a flat in Eynsford from Mann and got referred to them and in 13 years of renting we have never experienced anything like it. I will update this with the complaint we are sending off for full details but this is the short version: Flat seemed nice, when we moved in door didn’t lock, electrics were faulty with them either not working in one room and buzzing and flashing in another, no reliable heating and the boiler was broken. We were told by Jena the first two of these issues were not ‘urgent’. We also overpaid our rent for four months running before I noticed the contract said something different so they owed us hundreds of pounds but quite literally never said anything. When I asked who was responsible I never received an actual response for who I could talk to. It took months for anything to be done and countless emails and workmen coming out to the property for repairs. I reported the boiler broken November and no one was sent until 12th December. Both Jeri and Jena will either not reply to you at all or send you emails whereby they completely ignore what you’ve asked them? They sent someone to fix a sink that I repeatedly told them was no issue and he was there for five hours changing it and two broken tiles, did a faulty job (the sink was the wrong size for the hole), left blood stains in the cupboards and then broke the washing machine. We had no washing machine which we reported and it only got fixed when the nice heater man looked at it for us out of the goodness of his heart some weeks later when he was there for something else. Jeri never did anything but kept asking me what was wrong with it - it wasn’t working. Laura then told me because I hadn’t specified what was wrong that Jeri was correct not have done anything… how else can I say that it is broken? We reported it via fixflo and emails… I still have them. We never got the money back we had to pay to take our clothes to a laundrette despite providing receipts. It took from 5th March to the 30th March for us to receive a back payment they owed us when Laura told me it takes 3 - 5 business working days. The letterbox fell off and that was never fixed in four months, I had someone call me two days before were due to move asking us for even more time when they could come round and fix it.. When we stated that we hoped Jeri and Jena (the two people ‘managing’ the property) had had hot water and heating over Christmas (we did not and were paying 1150 a month) Jeri replied back with ‘ I actually have had a broken boiler and no hot water over the Christmas break and is still yet to be repaired’ as if she thought that we were her estate agents? I have never dealt with people so completely unprofessional and who actually went out off their way to be vindictive. Glad to be out of there and will avoid Mann and countrywide/ their linked companies like the plague if they think this is acceptable.

A very special thank you to Janice, who truly went above and beyond for us. Honestly, she supported us even more than our solicitors at times, always responsive, proactive, and genuinely caring. We’re incredibly grateful for all her help and guidance every step of the way. We’d also like to say a big thank you to Nick for his support and professionalism throughout the process. Thank you as well to Erica for all her support behind the scenes, it was truly appreciated. We also had a viewing with Tom, who was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer our questions and making us feel comfortable and informed throughout. The whole experience felt smooth and well-managed thanks to the team, and we really appreciated the constant communication and reassurance. We would highly recommend your services to anyone looking to buy a home, outstanding from start to finish!

From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

23rd Mar 2026 (24 days ago)I recently sold my property through Wisdom Estate Agents and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Matt handled the viewings and was outstanding throughout the entire process. I had actually made and had an offer accepted on a new house before finding a buyer for my own property, which could have been quite stressful. However, Wisdom Estate Agents took a very proactive approach to selling my home and were still able to secure a buyer in time to keep the chain moving smoothly. Matt kept me consistently updated on viewings, offers, and the progression of the sale, making everything feel well-managed and under control. His communication and dedication truly set him apart—easily the best agent I’ve worked with, and someone who genuinely puts the customer first. Rob was also fantastic—he took excellent photos for the listing and kept me updated throughout as well. Both of them made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and positive. Overall, the level of customer service from Wisdom Estate Agents is exceptional—far quicker, more responsive, and more personal than what I’ve experienced with larger commercial estate agents. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

10th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)We chose to use Local Agent to sell our property on a recommendation from a friend who also used them. Paul Hately and his team were excellent. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken
2nd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)The sales team were genuinely lovely, no issues there at all. The lettings side however was a completely different experience. The referencing company they use is honestly shocking – it does not have a single review above 1 star. On top of that, my referencing actually showed as completed and successful on their system, and they even confirmed over the phone that I had passed. Despite that, the estate agents told me there was still an issue. To try and move things forward, I offered additional payslips and bank statements, and said I could even get them officially stamped by my employer. They refused to accept any manual documents at all, which I’ve never come across before with any agent. Instead, their process requires you to give third-party access to your personal data - bank account and HMRC account, with no alternative option, again a red flag as this isn’t a legal requirement due to obvious GDPR an security reasons. I wasn’t comfortable with that, so I explained I was happy to provide everything needed, just not by giving that level of access. When I spoke to Hayley in lettings (who was very defensive and not helpful) , I called to ask what I could to help them complete the process and also said I didn’t understand why standard documents weren’t being accepted when they’re normally more than enough - although if I’ve passed referencing no further docs should be required anyway. The immediate response was that my application would be rejected and my holding deposit could be retained if I didn’t agree to share my data that way, which didn’t sit right with me at all. I called again to follow up after the referencing company confirmed I had passed all checks (i contacted the referencing agency directly incase there was a miscommunication or error on their website), and was then told that the person I had spoken to worked in a different office… even though it was the same number and office, which just added to the confusion. Later on, I was told the landlord had actually decided not to proceed anyway – which completely contradicted what I’d been told earlier about referencing being the issue. To be fair, they did refund the holding deposit in full, which I assume is because the situation wasn’t handled properly and they realised they legally could not retain my deposit as I passed all checks. Overall, the whole process felt confusing, inconsistent, and unnecessarily rigid. I’ve rented before and never had an experience like this.

Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!
