They provided good and clear advice and explained the whole process really well. They obviously work very well as a team as if one person was unavailable, another would step straight in. We have been using Alan de Maid for both letting and now selling for over 30 years and would most definitely recommend.

4th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I’ve been a tenant with this agency for around 5 years now, and I can confidently say they are the best I’ve ever dealt with. From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

They truly take an interest and make the whole process from beginning to end seamless. I also appreciate the very personal touch like welcome packs etc with a lot of helpful information to familiarise you with the new area you are moving into. Sadly we have now vacated the premises after nearly 3 years and the same excellence had been shown in finalising everything. Well done to you all.

22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)An all-round great experience.<br>From my initial meeting with Chris when marketing and listing my late mothers retirement flat through to Liam and Holly coordinating viewings and Alyson fully in control of sales negotiations, the team at Fox Estate Agents have been nothing short of a breath of fresh air.<br>Because of the small family run nature of the business, and unlike other agents, when you call or email Foxes you speak to the team who know exactly who you are and the state of your property transaction. If there is something that they don’t know about your transaction or you have a request, then they find out and call you back! You are always welcome to visit the office to discuss matters face to face which is refreshing.<br>Alyson was calm and reassuring during a particularly long and arduous sales negotiation stage and was proactive in providing helpful progress and coordination updates, particularly with solicitors, which reduces the stress and soothes even the bumpiest of sales and purchase processes. She’s not afraid to ‘bump heads together’ if required – even on her days off!<br>Knowledge and experience of the local area and their professionalism sets Foxes apart from other agents. I will be appointing Fox Estate Agents on my next property sale and would recommend them to anyone who is serious about their own sale or purchase.<br>Thank you all so much to the whole team.

From the very first visit from Shannon who advised me how to put my bungalow on the market, to the exchange today, just over five months later.<br>Every member of staff I have come into contact with have been exceptional. They are all extremely professional and dedicated.<br>The key people were: Shannon (as previously mentioned) who has been in constant contact with me throughout: Luisa and Suzanne who showed my bungalow to several prospective buyers and who always gave me in depth feedback, and lastly Judy in sales progression.<br>They have all worked tirelessly to make the whole transaction as straightforward and easy as possible. I have been contacted with regular updates and have always felt confident of the service they were providing.<br>Judy, in particular, has been remarkable. Her meticulous and outstanding effort to help have been astounding.<br>I highly recommend Wards of Eynsford.

He was always approachable, patient and willing to explain things clearly, making sure we understood what was happening at each stage. He was incredibly responsive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help us.<br><br>What stood out most was that we always felt we had someone who genuinely cared about making all things happen , rather than simply going through the motions.<br><br>Buying our first home was a huge milestone for our family, and having Matt supporting us made the experience considerably easier and less stressful. My sale was quite complex, with delays and hold ups in the chain that were outside our control, but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving. They handled everything with professionalism, urgency and a personal touch that I really appreciated.<br><br>Communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to answer, and I always felt confident they were working hard behind the scenes. They were approachable, trustworthy and easy to work with throughout.<br><br>A special thank you to John for his patience with my frequent requests for answers and updates, and to Terrence for his work behind the scenes, pushing the sale forward and showing a real urgency to get things done. We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

Communication was fantastic throughout, and whenever we had a question, we were able to get answers straight away without any chasing or delays.<br><br>We had two house sales and the purchase of our new home all to get over the line, which was no small task, but the team went above and beyond to help make it happen. They were proactive, supportive and clearly committed to getting everything across the finish line for us.<br><br>Moving house can be incredibly stressful, especially when there are multiple transactions involved, but they made us feel supported every step of the way. Tried to unsubscribe five times but you get a pop up saying ‘something went wrong’. Phone up and ask to get removed from the mail list, yet continue to get junk emails.
