15th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

It was not the most straightforward sale, with a number of issues arising throughout the process, but the team handled everything efficiently and professionally from start to finish.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and they were proactive in liaising between the solicitors and all parties involved to help resolve issues quickly and keep the sale moving forward. They were local and it was not a routine sale since the flat was owned by three people ; two lived in France and one, being quite ill, was often in hospital in the UK. This made arranging viewings a bit more difficult to manage but they were successful in this and the sale was made quickly and at the price we had asked for. It was important that the three owners were kept up to date with progress and informed of the evolving situation which the agents did regularly by WhatsApp and email which worked really well.

They found me a buyer off market as they already had someone on their expansive database that was specifically interested in our block of flats. We accepted an offer within a few days of the buyer viewing and despite being a drawn out and complicated sale due to leasehold issues, they kept all parties updated, made sure our lovely first time buyer wasn't put off by the complications of leasehold and chased solicitors to try to keep things moving as quickly as possible. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them, they deserve all the praise they receive online and they should honestly charge more, because I got a bargain!<br><br>Love Steph and Rob xxx
