24th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I can highly recommend Amy at Hayes Branch. She was so polite & helpful. She did her job professionally, but at the same time had a friendly approach. I’d been in my house for a long time and needed a sympathetic approach which I received.
22nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Buyers beware. We bought a property by a seller represented by KFH Wickham. The process was extremely stressful and, at times, misleading, especially since we were told that the purchase would be chain-free only to be told upon exchange that there was a chain. The property sold to us was left full of rubbish, which we had to pay for ourselves, despite being told that 1) the property would be left free of all rubbish upon completion 2) the large items of rubbish would be removed at seller's expense. Any buyers buying through KFH Wickham, be careful, and ensure you receive all requests or have all actions fulfilled before key milestones in your purchase.

He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!
14th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)10/10 would recommend! Wendy, Tina, Ashley and the team at Maguire Baylis have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process of buying my first home! I can not recommend Macquire Baylis enough, and they have made the process as smooth as it can be. I endeavoured a lot of challenges with solicitors but the team at Maguire Baylis went above and beyond, explaining things my solicitor failed to explain, and helping progress the purchase from start to end, persevering despite the challenges and getting us to complete. I can not thank them enough!

Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.
4th Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)I recently had to sell my parents home in West Wickham following probate. It was quite an emotional and upsetting experience and difficult at times as I do not live locally. However, James and Hannah were extremely helpful and sensitive and often went above and beyond checking that things at the house were ok. The sale went through very smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alan de Maid.

14th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I've recently bought my first home through Truepenny's in Charlton. Through the process of viewing properties I've met a good few estate agents and I have to say David at Truepenny's came across as the most honest and straightforward. No estate agent script or nonsense, no opening of cupboard doors and saying "look you've got a cupboard" (I've seriously had that before) and most importantly, no BS. I also thought the staff at Truepenny's went the extra mile, having seen the property online over the weekend I called the office on a Monday morning and they did a viewing the same day. And finally I was flying by a wing and a prayer at times to get everything across the line and I appreciated David's patience in all of that. I can highly recommend Truepenny's and would certainly use them if I was to sell or rent out my home in the future.

The communication was excellent along with their knowledge and expertise. 8th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I chose Black & Blanc to sell my mother's house ahead of a move to Oxfordshire. Everything from start to finish was managed fantastically well and given my mother is an elderly woman with dementia, handled her sensitively and brilliantly. This was a difficult chain with late complications and a tight timeframe but the whole move was done in under 3 months. That it got done at all was down to the tenacity, professionalism and proactivity of the team there - our negotiator Rhianna in particular, supported by the co-founder Kapil at the business end - in particular in pushing solicitors all across the chain and leaving nothing to chance. Yes, this agent is a little more expensive than some agents but they are so worth it - you don't want to cut corners on something as stressful as a house move. Highly recommended!
