29th May 2026 (21 days ago)I cannot recommend Amy Claiborne-Dixon highly enough. What impressed me most was her persistence, communication and genuine ownership of the transaction. Amy never adopted a "wait and see" approach. She was constantly following up with solicitors, management companies, buyers and all parties involved to ensure momentum was maintained and that nothing slipped through the cracks. There were numerous occasions where Amy proactively chased outstanding enquiries, sought alternative routes to obtain information, and kept all parties updated when communication elsewhere was limited. At several key points in the transaction, she was often the person providing the clearest updates and helping move matters forward. Beyond her professionalism, Amy brought a human element to the process. She was approachable, responsive, calm under pressure and always willing to go the extra mile. Amy is a credit to KFH and an excellent example of what great estate agency looks like. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property and I am extremely grateful for all of her hard work, support and persistence throughout my sale. He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

James, Andrea, Hannah and Connie could not have done more to get our house sold. From initial marketing, viewings, securing a completed chain and ultimately getting the sale 'over the line', ADM were there every step of the way - going above and beyond dealing/chasing solicitors and involved estate agents. They were always there to support us throughout the process. The team, led by James, were professional, always kept us informed and responded positively to our phone calls - which proved reassuring during the ups and downs of the conveyancing process. Thank you ADM ?????? Highly recommended.

15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

They're diligent and patient , returned calls and responded to emails, always kept the lines of communication open. I'd had a pretty tough experience elsewhere prior to this, so I admit I asked way more questions than usual, but they were super reassuring every step of the way. I felt totally at ease right from the start. A big thank you to Edmund in Orpington.

Their communication was excellent — they would answer any email within an hour and were always helpful and professional. They were also very competitively priced compared to other estate agents we looked at. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home! Even the other estate agents in the chain commented on what good agents they were and how quick and organised they were with things.

3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)When it came to selling our home and finding our next one, Sadek promised he would get the job done, and he delivered on both! Writing this review from my new home with a cuppa! We decided not to go with one of the large national estate agents and instead chose Just Moovin because we wanted someone who would genuinely care about our situation and the journey my family and I were going through, rather than just being a target or KPI. Looking back, it was definitely the right decision. Our chain was long and complicated, with numerous issues further up the chain causing delays, but throughout the whole process Sadek was brilliant. He kept us updated regularly, chased where needed, and was always communicating with solicitors, other agents and anyone else involved to keep things moving. It genuinely felt like he left no stone unturned. Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but having someone proactive, honest and committed made a huge difference. I can't thank Sadek enough for all his hard work and would highly recommend him and Just Moovin to anyone looking to move.
