Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. Linda the lady who was our 1st experience with the company was lovely not pushy and gave us a realistic valuation on our property. The sale went as smoothly as it could and within our expected time frame. When an issue came up on our side of the sale they were very patient with us which I appreciated. Fiona and Michelle are the ladies that I had all my contact with and nothing was any trouble for them! They kept me well updated and was in regular contact. I would 100% recommend The Address to anyone I know selling their home! Thank you so much for making the sale of our home go as well as it could!
26th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We are writing this review to thank Hamptons for their kind help over the years.<br>We have three properties, all being rented and fully managed by Hamptons.<br>Recently , one of our properties in Dunton Green, was vacant for a few weeks, due to a sale falling through.<br>The Hamptons team quickly found a suitable tenant, within a very short space of time.<br>They were efficient and very helpful.<br>We would especially like to thank Rose, Calum Vygaile and Christian from the Sevenoaks office!

Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A BUYER - AVOID HAMPTONS!??<br><br>Called their Blackheath office to book a viewing to see Masons Hill, Woolwich.<br><br>We agreed to view on 4 Saturday July at 11:15 a.m but Susan called later and told me she couldn't accommodate me at 11.15am. I explained to her that I have many viewings lined up the next two Saturdays as I live far and I cannot come in earlier or attend during weekdays.<br><br>I explained that I am a full cash buyer. Later, the woman said you're not special. We have many fully cash buyers. Needless to say fully cash buyers, no mortgage is actually rare so Susan is being deceitful and is not operating in line with the Ombudsman Code of Conduct and have reported this to the Ombudsman.<br><br>Susan was rude, obnoxious and unpleasant to deal with. Rather than being or taking the sympathetic approach, she takes the direct and rude approach.<br><br>Horrendous experience as a prospective full cash buyer and have second thoughts on viewing properties with Hamptons.

Review for Connells Estate Agents - Ashford, Kent<br><br>I just bought my flat through Connells Ashford and had a fantastic experience.<br>The whole team in the branch were incredibly helpful, professional, and made what can be a stressful process really smooth.<br><br>A special shout out to Tracey Keithson who went above and beyond to help me through every step. She was responsive, reassuring, and nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>I would highly recommend Connells Ashford to anyone looking to buy or sell property. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble.
