4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. We have been delighted with their professionalism integrity and how they add value to the Agency and conveyancing process. We have no hesitation in recommending them above any others in this area of south east London ( and I say this as a Chartered Surveyor with 40 years experience in London markets).

Hamptons marketing to potential purchasers resulted in a regular viewings by worthy parties. In addition, the communications we received before and after each viewing was much appreciated so that we always felt appraised of the interest in our property. In the lead up to exchange of contracts and then sale completion, Hamptons played very helpful role to liaise with our purchasers. This enabled a smooth and amicable path to completion. For their professionalism, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, regular advice & guidance and first rate communications, we would recommend Hamptons without reservation.
15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

They're diligent and patient , returned calls and responded to emails, always kept the lines of communication open. I'd had a pretty tough experience elsewhere prior to this, so I admit I asked way more questions than usual, but they were super reassuring every step of the way. I felt totally at ease right from the start. A big thank you to Edmund in Orpington.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble.
